5-star stay at a 4-star-listed hotel!
Pros:

The breakfast was really nice and quiet. Live omelette station starts right away. Attentive and helpful service staff. Comfortable rooms and shower. All amenities provided. Privacy.

Cons:

I was only there for 2 nights but I liked everything especially the welcome cookie treat.

Unsafe, door locls compromised, deliberately targeting female solo travellers

UNSAFE, COMPROMISED DOOR LOCKS - It was an absolutely terrible experience- completely unsafe - I believe they deliberately gave me a comprised room knowing that I was a female solo traveller. Horrible experience.

I immediately noticed something was wrong because the hotel staff gave a me a room where the front door lock was missing its usual black security cover. The lock's wiring, manual override keyhole, emergency override port and battery compartment were all exposed, only flimsily covered with a grey sticker. I asked for a new room, only to be assigned to a room with the same issue, only this time the room was also at the very end of the hallway and next to the emergency exit route. Absolute no-go especially for a female solo traveller. I complained and requested a refund and the staff refused to give me any confirmation in writing, only finally giving me a email confirmation of refund after I badgered them for nearly an hour. Stay away if you value your life.
