Categories

Cleanliness
8.1
Generally praised as very clean and comfortable across many reviews, though isolated issues (hairball with feces pulled from shower drain, a flooded bedroom incident, and occasional plumbing problems) lower this slightly.
Service
8.6
Multiple mentions of courteous, helpful and accommodating staff (moved guests after flooding, attentive pool/jacuzzi attendant); a few reports of uninterested staff reduce this from a perfect score.
Location
8.4
Frequently noted as conveniently located near freeway and events; some guests mentioned transients in the parking area which causes unease, but location is overall a positive.
Room Quality
8
Rooms described as nice, clean, comfy and pet-friendly with non-carpeted options; issues include plumbing problems in one room, remote/outlet inconveniences and one flooded room incident.
Amenities
8.6
Strong praise for pool, hot tub, fireplace, outdoor seating, BBQ/grill area and complimentary breakfast; occasional negatives (pool too cold, overcrowding during events) are noted but amenities are a highlight.
Value for Money
8.2
Guests often choose this hotel despite cheaper alternatives, citing comfort and breakfast as good value; not universally described as the cheapest option.
Food and Beverage
8.3
Complimentary breakfast repeatedly described as delicious and a major positive; minor complaints include slightly sour orange juice and yogurt for a small number of guests.
Overall Experience
8.2
Overall positive experience with many repeat guests, comfort and cleanliness frequently cited; isolated negatives (noise/crowding during events, occasional staff or plumbing issues) temper the score.

Nice staff nice property bad location for room
Pros:

Property was beautiful. Very clean.

Cons:

We stayed in room 101 right next to the gate to the pool and inside entrance to the office and it was very noisy gate banging into the common wall with the bed. We had our dog with us and he barked when people went through the gate

Trash
Pros:

I didn’t like that the house keeping, made go to the front for some extra towels when they had some right there. Also I asked if I could get my room cleaned and they said only after 4 days. Keep in mind a I have two children that would make a mess. And when the day came after the 4th they never even bothered to clean it. Sadly I would never stay here again. Thanks again for the stay.

Cons:

Everything

Pros:

I liked the over sized bath tubs in the rooms

Cons:

The location is so so, right next door to a fixed income living of some sort with a bunch of odd people constantly in and out, only plus side was the security guard who constantly was checking the parking lots
