The amount paid didn't match with the room expectation...
Pros:

Didn't have breakfast, however the location is perfect and welcoming. I really did enjoy myself whilst exploring the neighbourhood...

Cons:

The amount I paid didn't measure up with the room expectation. I had to change the first room given to me because the roof was broken( opened roof) and that got me frightened. The second room given to me again the wardrobe filled with rubbish (dirts) from the previous person that stayed in, I guess...

Great hotel
Pros:

So I liked this hotel, I understand it needs a bit of a refresh as my room also did too, but for two nights it was ideal. The location was great having just come off the train and the staff were really friendly. Breakfast for me had a lot too offer both days and the bed was comfortable and everything worked as it should. Ideal hotel for two nights

Ok hotel for one night
Pros:

Handy location for station and bus to Charleroi airport.Staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent - huge choice. Beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The first room we were given had a toilet which didn't flush. Apparently they knew there were problems with that - so why even offer it? No hand towels were offered so we had to ask for them. Having unpacked we then had to repack and go another room which was bigger but looked out onto MacDonalds so was a bit noisy.

Overall, the hotel is rather tired and needs updating.
