Estancia incómoda por falta de aseo en habitación.
Pros:

Buena ubicación y era pequeño pero cómodo

Cons:

La limpieza. Nos encontramos con una habitación con falta de limpieza en tina y con un confort usado. Le avisamos a recepción pero no lo gestionaron, no atendiendo nuestro reclamo ni recepción ni personal de aseo.

Pros:

La ubicación muy buena,a unas 4 cuadras del Mall,que es enorme. Llegamos casi al horario de check-in,y nos dejaron guarda el vehículo en la cochera interna que tienen, y realmente nos salvaron porque en Puerto Montt no hay un solo lugar donde estacionar dos segundos sin que te cobren. La recepción muy cordial,nos invitaron un pisco sour a la noche :). La habitación tal vez no era muy grande,pero tiene sentido porque pagamos la categoría más basica (creo) y el precio era muy bueno,asi que no hay ninguna queja, muy buena relación precio-calidad.
