Important information:

Spa at St. David's opening hours: From Monday to Friday - 06:30 am - 9:00pm From Saturday to Sunday:- 7:30pm - 9:00pm. Please, be advised at busy times the property may restrict access to the spa in order to ensure guests are able to get the most from our facilities in a safe manner.

Children's Swim Times -Daily: 7:30am to 9:30am / 4:00pm to 6:00pm.
Children under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by an adult (under 4 years: one child per adult, 4-8 years: two children per adult, 8 years+: three children per adult)

Please note that the hotel parking is limited and is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis at £27.00 for 24 hours.

The credit/debit card used at the time of the booking needs to be presented upon check-in.

Upon arrival, we require all guests to pre authorize a debit/credit card of their choosing at £50 per night, per room for incidentals.

If the guest does not use this deposit, it will be released back to them at the end of their stay and will be reflected in their account 5-7 business days after check out.

Pets are allowed upon prior arrangement for an additional fee of GBP 35 per night. There are some adjustments to the opening hours of the restaurant.

• 1 dog allowed per room – up to 30kg (up to a Labrador size dog) or 2 small dogs under 30kg.
• £35.00 per day per dog includes water bowl, food bowl (no food included) dog bed, cleaning charge & Woof cakes.

Excellent stay at a perfect location.
Pros:

The room was spacious with amenities. The bathroom needs upgrade though. Staff is friendly. The spa and swimming pool is clean. However, not suitable for EY kids. Location is perfect with walking distance to the Quay. Beautiful view from the room.

Bathroom needs change and upgrade.

Great bed but that’s about
Pros:

The bed was very comfortable, our room was quite spacious

The pool and sauna area requires signage regarding hygiene after coming out of the sauna. We don’t think this property was a five star .

Toilet issues slow check in.
Pros:

Location brilliant room lovely until toilet flush wasent working. breakfast lovely .

Cons:

Staff at check in poor very slow and miserable we staying at a 5 star hotel and terrible atmosphere there .Also had problem with toilet not flushing manager came up was great but he said we wer full.up so I just put up with it as it was last nite . On checking out not a apology or nothing put a complaint in and still not sorted out very poor customer service .

Pros:

Stunning location, and the staff made my partners birthday a very special occasion indeed. They decorated our room accordingly. We had wonderful service from staff.

We were served a fantastic breakfast in our room the next day. The spa is very relaxing and the set up in the bar and restaurant is very well planned. Food is incredible and the area is exceptional.

Cons:

If I have to say anything it would be about having to pay for parking considering the price of the hotel rooms and there's a bit of rust on the fittings in the Spa changing rooms. That's the only criticism really.

Pros:

The room was good , spacious with a balcony and a good bathroom

Cons:

The air conditioning wasn’t great as their rooms don’t have an actual AC unit but a vent probably connected to a unit somewhere else
The parking charge is outrageous, £25 pounds a night for guests resident at the hotel ! That’s as inconsiderate as it gets
Staff were polite over the phone but didn’t deliver any request and kept me waiting all night for ice and tea bags
They can do better 🤨
