Important information:

Spa at St. David's opening hours: From Monday to Friday - 06:30 am - 9:00pm From Saturday to Sunday:- 7:30pm - 9:00pm. Please, be advised at busy times the property may restrict access to the spa in order to ensure guests are able to get the most from our facilities in a safe manner.

Children's Swim Times -Daily: 7:30am to 9:30am / 4:00pm to 6:00pm.
Children under the age of 18 need to be accompanied by an adult (under 4 years: one child per adult, 4-8 years: two children per adult, 8 years+: three children per adult)

Please note that the hotel parking is limited and is allocated on a first-come, first-served basis at £27.00 for 24 hours.

The credit/debit card used at the time of the booking needs to be presented upon check-in.

Upon arrival, we require all guests to pre authorize a debit/credit card of their choosing at £50 per night, per room for incidentals.

If the guest does not use this deposit, it will be released back to them at the end of their stay and will be reflected in their account 5-7 business days after check out.

Pets are allowed upon prior arrangement for an additional fee of GBP 35 per night. There are some adjustments to the opening hours of the restaurant.

• 1 dog allowed per room – up to 30kg (up to a Labrador size dog) or 2 small dogs under 30kg.
• £35.00 per day per dog includes water bowl, food bowl (no food included) dog bed, cleaning charge & Woof cakes.

Definitely Be Back
Pros:

We recently stayed at voco St David's Cardiff for 4 nights, and from start to finish the experience was exceptional. The hotel truly delivers 5-star service, and we wouldn't hesitate to return.

The room was beautiful, with stunning views across Cardiff Bay. It was modern, comfortable, and the air conditioning was an absolute game changer, especially during the warmer weather. The spa was also fantastic – the perfect place to relax after a day exploring.

A very special mention has to go to Loretta in the breakfast restaurant. She made every morning a pleasure, always taking the time to ask about our plans for the day, recommending places to visit, and making us feel genuinely welcome and valued as guests. She is a real credit to the hotel. As Loretta said to us when we left, "It's not goodbye, it's see you soon." That perfectly sums up how we felt, and we certainly hope to be back soon.

The only downside to our stay wasn't the hotel's fault. The car park does clearly state that vehicles are left at your own risk. Unfortunately, my brand-new car, which I'd only collected two weeks earlier, was damaged while parked there. It appears another vehicle clipped the front driver's side of the bonnet while trying to park. It was disappointing, but it didn't detract from what was otherwise an outstanding stay.

Thank you to everyone at voco St David's for such a memorable visit. We would absolutely recommend this hotel and are already looking forward to returning.

Pros:

Hotel je krásny, prímorsky ladený, pekné farby a vybavenie. Raňajky vynikajúce, velmi chutné mussli poháriky, fresh džúsy aj klasické anglické raňajky, veľmi pekný výhlad na záliv aj z izby aj z jedálne hotela. V okolí hotela je molo, v okolí je vela barov a reštaurácií, potraviny apod. krásne prechádzky okolo pobrežia. Pekný bazén a príjemná vírivka, masážne trysky v cene.

Cons:

Mali sme nefunkčnú televíziu - až tak nám to nevadilo, ale za 3 dni pobytu sa nepodarilo TV zfunkčniť, čo nás trocha prekvapilo. Boli sme ale v Cardiffe za iným účelom než relax na izbe. Večer bolo v bare velmi rušno, boli sme na koncerte a chceli sme si este na chvilku posediet pri pive, ale obsluha nestíhala, chceli sme bar opustit, ale nakonec nas šéf smeny pozval na pivo. Velmi pekné gesto. Ďakujeme.
