The room was clean. The atmosphere was quiet.
When I walked in first, I thought the welcome staff is not friendly. But I changed it soon.
Espacioso, tranquilo.
Good facilities good staff fair breakfasts. Might have rated with all 10s but I really didn't require anything special that required much effort to accomplish. I thought the price was boutique 40 bucks cheaper than the equivalent nearby hotels. That was very nice.
The building has to be evacuated during my stay so I had to go to another hotel
Nothing. Stay was for a wedding we were attending. We were 20 min away from property for a check in for the day, when a relative called us and said the property was closed. We had received no notice about this closing.
Apparently property was closed the day before our stay for a plumbing issue. Received no notice. Called property and was told “there are plenty of hotels in area go call them and find another place to stay”. I asked if a block of rooms were set up in another hotel and was told no. Emergencies like these happen, but hotel made no accommodations on my behalf and no notice of closer. After I hung up the phone I then received notice of closing - the same time as check in for that day. Will never stay at this chain of hotels again.

I loved the staff; they were very accommodating to me and my children. Everyone was supportive, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The breakfast was delicious, and the pool was definitely the highlight of our trip! Our room was clean, spacious, and gave us plenty of room to be comfortable. They even had complimentary cookies, which were delicious and such a nice touch. We really enjoyed our stay!

It’s a great, safe location easily accessible to downtown and surrounding areas. The staff have been friendly and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. It’s a great price point for a well-cared for facility.
My only negative comment is that the water pressure is very weak in the shower
This hotel is comfortable and convenient. Near travel routes and shopping centers. The staff have always been very responsive and accommodating. Breakfast is simple but adequate for our needs.
