Good experience
Pros:

Loved the music in the lobby. The room was spacious & clean.

Cons:

Could have been cleaner in the common areas. The reception desk could use some training in good customer service with a smile. You are dealing with the public so at least pretend you enjoy your job!

Comfortable and in a Great location for exploring Annapolis
Pros:

Rooms were spacious, well-stocked, and clean. Breakfast was plentiful and varied. Location is perfect for exploring Annapolis and the surrounding area.

Cons:

The pool was open but clearly not maintained. It was dirty as was the hot tub which was not functioning.

Pros:

The room and bed were comfortable. The bathroom was very clean and functional. The TVs, one in the bedroom and one in the front room, were great. The pool was clean and had warm water. There isn't any street noise because it is on a side street.

Cons:

The building is old although it has been maintained, it shows it's age in that when you adjust or turn on the hvac it is very loud. Whenever someone in the nearby rooms uses the water you can hear the plumbing.
