We didn't stay there -- it was closed
Pros:

NOTHING

Cons:

The hotel was closed indefinitely when we arrived (apparently plumbing problems), so we had to scramble to find another hotel instead.

I SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED FOR THIS BOOKING BECAUSE WE NEVER GOT TO STAY THERE. PLEASE CONFIRM THAT I WILL NOT BE CHARGED.

Pros:

Good facilities good staff fair breakfasts. Might have rated with all 10s but I really didn't require anything special that required much effort to accomplish. I thought the price was boutique 40 bucks cheaper than the equivalent nearby hotels. That was very nice.

Avoid this hotel. Poor customer service.
Pros:

Nothing. Stay was for a wedding we were attending. We were 20 min away from property for a check in for the day, when a relative called us and said the property was closed. We had received no notice about this closing.

Cons:

Apparently property was closed the day before our stay for a plumbing issue. Received no notice. Called property and was told “there are plenty of hotels in area go call them and find another place to stay”. I asked if a block of rooms were set up in another hotel and was told no. Emergencies like these happen, but hotel made no accommodations on my behalf and no notice of closer. After I hung up the phone I then received notice of closing - the same time as check in for that day. Will never stay at this chain of hotels again.
