The hotel is good and I am happy to come again/recommend to others as well.
Pros:

I am happy with the size of the room; it has a bathtub, iron+ironboard, air conditioning, and the hot water pressure is okay, and the room is clean overall. The food is delicious and has variety. The amenities are standard and sufficient.

Cons:

The size of the bed is quite small; I am alone, so it is okay. After I checked in, I was waiting for staff to help me get my luggage to the room, but none were available, so I had to do it myself. It is a little hard to pull my luggage to my room because of the carpet, and I can see the staff are busy talking with each other.

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. We love the hotel, its ambience, and the facilities.
Pros:

Staffs are friendly, room is clean, thanks for the complimentary bar, my kids love the pool. Toilet near the conference area is clean

Cons:

I would like to mention that the coffee maker in our room was not functioning (or we were not sure how to operate the machine) during our stay. We had already informed the front desk, and were told that someone would come up to the room to check it, but unfortunately, no one turned up.

We were also a little disappointed with the 11:00 AM checkout time, as it feels rather early and leaves us with quite a short amount of time to enjoy the hotel and its facilities. A slightly later checkout would certainly make the stay feel more relaxed and guest-friendly.

We hope the hotel could take this feedback into consideration. Thank you for your kind attention and assistance.
