Tired & past it’s peak - trading on past success when staying at a Malmaison was a treat
Pros:

Location. Bed linen is good quality cotton.

Cons:

Generally tired . Bathroom was unacceptable. Tape on the bath . Worn out vanity. Comparable to a 2 star tourist hotel in the US. Travelodge motorway stop type stay in UK. Not worth the money . Belfast is very small. There are far better, modern and new hotels for the price so look around . Definitely would never book again.

Mooi hotel op goede locatie
Pros:

Cons:

Warme kamer ondanks een airco.

Great stay. Excellent meal package
Pros:

We visited Belfast for a weekend and stayed in one of the club deluxe rooms. The package included dinner on both nights.
The room was very big, the bed very comfortable and cleaned to a high standard.
The food both at breakfast and dinner was excellent, and exceeded our expectations. The service was outstanding from restaurant staff.
Just a couple of minor issues which resulted in 4 instead of 5 stars. The female reception staff while polite , could be more engaging/ interested . Coffee pods for the coffee machine not replaced on second morning. ( I noted this comment on a previous review ).
Overall a great stay

Top class !
Pros:

We got a suite which was huge for 2 of us, great location, very helpful, pleasant staff.

Cons:

It was top floor in the hotel and the only windows were on the roof, so we had no view from the suite. It felt strange not having a window you could open to get fresh air and view the area.
Otherwise, lovely hotel with lovely staff.

Wonderful Stay
Pros:

Hotel from the age of Grand Hotels! Wooden floors actually squeak. But, not enough to interrupt sleep or annoying. Room was great along with location. Many restaurants close by and within walking distance of the Titanic Experience. Breakfast was excellent. A very nice stay.
