The Breakfast inclusive rates include a Full-cooked breakfast and Dinner inclusive rates includes 2 courses from our Seasonal A’ la Carte menu and a side dish. Supplements apply to certain items. Inclusions only apply for adults. Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Kids Dinner Menu also available
Please note extra beds and cots must be confirmed with the hotel prior to arrival, customers will be required to settle children's extra bed charges (£30 per night) directly with the hotel.

It was so central to shops. Staff were lovely. Lovely bar.
No parking and expensive to park in Victoria shopping mall
Excellent location. Staff were friendly and helpful.
On one night they had booked a wedding party. This meant that our intention to eat in the hotel restaurant was denied to us. Later on return when we wanted to have a quiet drink in the bar we were unable to do so. We were then kept awake until 1:00 am with an overwhelmingly loud disco beat. When you have paid £270 a night it is completely unacceptable to have the facilities of the hotel denied to you. This is the worst experience I have ever had in a supposedly quality hotel. Completely disgraceful service.
Furthermore a yapping dog in the room next door kept us awake on the other nights.
I decided to take my friend for a birthday treat when we were going to see a band in Belsonic. When checking in we were informed that the restaurant was closed for a private function. (wedding)
We wanted to book a table for an early dinner before heading to the concert. We were given 2 vouchers for a cocktail each so when we said we would go to the bar we were told it was closed for the same wedding. We were given the option to order them via room service or keep them until the next day. We would however have to wait until it opened at 1pm to do this, but we had planned to leave for home before this.
Got up to our rooms, then had to go get ready to find somewhere else to eat.
The room was really humid even with the fan on. We were sitting drinking our cocktails instead of in the bar having the malmaison experience.
We had gone to the malmaison for a treat and i had been raving about the hotel to my friend only to be sitting in our room having drinks.
I had booked this through booking.com ages ago and I feel that the hotel had ample opportunity to email me and let me know that the restaurant and bar would not be available for guests to use.
That would then have allowed us to make alternative arrangements to another hotel that would allow us to use the facilities that guests should (in my opinion) be allowed to use.
Totally disappointed by it all. Even when checking out, we were bid farewell but no one asked if we enjoyed our stay or anything.
If we had been told of the situation when booking then it would have been easily sorted. Weddings are usually booked well in advance so malmaison should have let us know.
We had exchanged emails about parking and even an email to say we could book a table in the restaurant. I left it until we checked in as i was unsure about the time my friend and I would arrive.
As i said before we were very disappointed.
Very nice clean comfortable hotel ideally located for the centre of Belfast only 10 minutes from The Titanic experience and Belfast City airport. Cathedral Square is nearby with a vibrant atmosphere in the many bars & restaurants. Very comfortable Club deluxe room - spacious with sitting area. Room was suitably air conditioned with option to adjust. King size bed with Espresso machine also provided in addition to normal kettle with tea / coffee provided plus some packets of biscuits. Staff were friendly and polite. Overall an excellent two night stay.
If being critical the bathroom sink had small cracks on the porcelain with the plug a bit sticky when trying to release the water with the lever.
The staff were very welcoming and accommodating. They let us check in early. Hotel was clean and very nice. A pool would make a this hotel even better.

Stylish, comfortable, great location
Spacious room,clean n well maintained. Bathroom was large n walk in shower as requested. Air con was much appreciated in this heat.
Breakfast was lovely n lots of choice.
The staff were lovely and friendly
Paid £600 for 3 nights for my partners 30th as we were seeing Zack Bryan. We were looking forward to the rest as we have a 9 month old baby. The room was dingy and had rough plaster on the wall as a patch up from damage which is shoddy and unacceptable for £200 a night. Someone walked in our room unsure if guest or staff it was brief but as we were both half dressed on the bed due to the heat we didn’t bother to chase it. The door rattled everytime someone walked past made us think someone was entering the room all the time.
Disappointing I feel robbed.
Greatly situation in the middle of town never too far to walk to get somewhere . First time staying in a suite it was absolutely fantastic to have the extra space you normally wouldn’t get from a standard room

Close location
Quite a nice experience while attending conference at ICC. Good location and nice large modernized room (hotel is Victorian but rooms updated). Housekeeping a bit hit or miss. But overall a very good stay.
