Children’s Breakfast is not included in the advertised rates and the charges are as follows directly to the hotel: 0-4 years old – Breakfast Complimentary/5- 11 years old – Breakfast charged at 50% full price/ 12 and over breakfast charged at full adult price. Beautiful rooms
No detachable shower head and no good lightening for makeup
The hotel was lovely and staff went out of their way to help. It was our 49th wedding anniversary and husband's70th birthday earlier in the year and on arrival to our room we were made to feel very special and on our last night, again we were made to feel special too. Food, although not cheap was excellent. Well positioned for city and titanic quarter. Would definitely stay again if we have a return visit.
Cannot think of anything that would improve this hotel.

No smart TVs (in any of their rooms) so only terrestrial tv. Unusual and a bit disappointing for a hotel of this calibre.

This hotel is located near many pubs and restaurants, but is also close to a park that you wouldn't want to walk by alone or at night. The bar on premises is nice and has great drinks!
It was a heat wave when we were there and we only had a small fan to keep us cool, but weather is not in their control. It's too far from the train station to use local transportation so we use rideshare to get to places that were not walkable.
