Punkt 11 Uhr muss das Zimmer geräumt sein, sonst wird man unfreundlich hinauskomplementiert.
Pros:

Sehr sauber und ruhige Lage. Dame an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Dass man zuerst zugesagt bekommt, es sei kein Problem, wenn man beim Checkout eine Viertelstunde überzieht, aber am nächsten Tag dann praktisch von einer unfreundlichen Dame telefonisch Punkt 11 Uhr hinausgeworfen wird, weil das Zimmer dringend gebraucht wird, ist ärgerlich. Ich bin dann noch eine halbe Stunde mit meinem Hund auf dem Parkplatz spazieren gegangen. Im Zimmer war um 11:45 Uhr immer noch keine Reinigungskraft zu sehen; das konnte ich durch das beim Verlassen des Zimmers von mir geöffnete Fenster gut beobachten. Das war reine Schikane, noch dazu, wo ich meinen behinderten Sohn dabei hatte, der immer sehr lange braucht, um fertig zu werden. Da könnte man schon mal Rücksicht darauf nehmen.“
