Good budget option in fantastic location
Pros:

It’s central position, nice area, closeness to Paddington station, the staff is very helpful, tea and coffee facility in the lobby, price is good for inner London

Cons:

A lot of staircases - difficult to manage big suitcase, but staff helped at arrival. Our Room was tiny and the sash window couldn’t be closed when it rained, everything needs renovation but that’s why is price is so reasonable for that position. Everything considering it was a pleasant stay if you are not expecting too much and are on a budget

Wonderful stay
Pros:

I had a lovely stay, just as always. The hotel is just a stone's throw from Paddington Station. There are plenty of nice restaurants and a few convenience stores right in the area and the hotel staff are super friendly. There's a little station with coffee, tea and biscuits, and the cleanliness of the hotel is top-notch.

Great place for a short stay in central London
Pros:

Staff were friendly and welcoming, outside was attractive with flowers. Staff offered to help with luggage, and we could store bags both on the first and last days. Plenty of towels. We stayed during a heatwave, there was no air con or fan but we could open the sash window which helped.

Cons:

Room was somewhat cramped for all 4 of us including the double and bunk beds, but I somewhat expected that for the location. There was a noisy person in the room next door disturbing us in the middle of the night on one night, but that was not the hotel's fault and thankfully it did not recur.
