Cons:

Pour un 5 etoiles une machine a café dans la chambre aurait été appréciable style Nespresso ou autre avec une petite bouteille d'eau par personne et différents produits de douches dans la salle de bain, quelques boissons dans le frigidaire de la chambre, les transats prêt de la piscine sont tous réservés du matin au soir donc il s'avère difficile de trouver de la place. A part cela le personnel est très a l'écoute et attentifs

all staff are just great in assisting in whatever small or big request was made, be it Mr. Euan Phillips, the fantastic F&B manager, the immaculate room service, the lovely ladies in the executive lounge or the super friendly waitresses in Merkanti, what can a guest want more?

I will not stay there again
Pros:

The first two days were OK until the hotel was swamped with 850 loud Americans at a conference, I'm disabled with limited mobility which was poorly catered for.

Great resort with even better staff. Ty
Pros:

Lovely hotel, very clean and the staff were excellent.

Cons:

The only issue we had was we had no main shower.
The shower was attached to the taps of the bath but had no option to stand up without holding it. If we visit again we wouldn’t book that room again.

A lovely location.. all round an enjoyable holiday .
Pros:

Very clean Hotel..a wow effect when walking in ..staff excellent and rooms too
We were in an executive room so had full use of the lounge where breakfast was calm and a lovely way to start the day .

Cons:

Too many business groups and outside functions making the hotel busy .
Also very disappointed in the half board evening meal selection..we have stayed in many hotels and thought it was poor. We changed down to bed and breakfast and ate out in the evenings .
