Personalet var enestående og altid klar med at yde deres bedste ..

Synes der var utrolig meget larm med deres event fester for folk ude fra larm til kl 24. 00
og hotellets gæster skal flytte sig fra polområderne om eftermiddagen da de skulle bruge pladsen , 2 gange på en uge skulle der være fest for andre gæster . Nævnte det på hotellet at vi var utilfredse men de virkede som det var os der var forkert på den …. Hotellet gæster har ihverfald ikke første prioritet….. endvidere var hovedpuderne på værelserne , ved at skulle trænge til udskiftning da man bestemt ikke lå ordentlig med dem .

Everything was excellent, except for the service at NEBA restaurant, which fell well below expectations

Cons:

The service in NEBA restaurant was confusing, slow, and inefficient, which is unacceptable for a restaurant of this caliber. The staff seemed disorganized, and by the end of the evening we found ourselves laughing at the situation rather than enjoying the experience. The waiters were politely pleasant on the surface, but lacked true professionalism and attention to detail. The only exception was Justin, who was professional, attentive, and deserves special praise.

We had a wonderful stay at Hilton. The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The hotel was clean, elegant, and very well maintained. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options and exceeded our expectations. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the area. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Schönes Design in schlechter Lage
Pros:

Schöner Blick über die Bucht, gutes Frühstück. Restaurant Blue Elephant gutes Essen.

Cons:

Personal nicht besonders zuvorkommend außer an der Rezeption. Die Lage angrenzend an Paceville ist nicht sonderlich schön. Die Anlage ist etwas schmuddelig. Die Betten sind sehr unbequem.

Ho girato tanti hotel a Malta perché sono innamorato dell isola ma da quando sono venuto all Hilton credo che non lo cambierò più ….precisi e premurosi in ogni piccola cosa ….

Purtroppo sono rimasto molto deluso dell ultimo giorno per il servizio bar in piscina …mai venuti in 4 ore dopo anche le mie richieste ai ragazzi ( mi dicevano sempre ora veniamo per l ordine ,ma nulla )
Questa cosa mi ha dato fastidio ma nulla toglie che tornerò …non capivo il perché mi sono sentito un po’ preso in giro …può capitare ….ripeto il resto tutto da hotel 5 stelle nel vero senso delle stelle

Pros:

The room had a nice view of the room and a beautiful sunrise from the sea. Room very spacious. Nice little treasure hunt for the kids to locate the sweets hidden in the room. Sweet gesture :-)

Cons:

Nothing. Staff very friendly and everything was perfect. Very quiet. Noticed that there was no music. Just the way i like it.
