Clean room, comfortable beds, plenty to eat at breakfast
A bit of road noise
The location was close to shopping and the beds were comfortable. The checkout attendant was very friendly.
During check-in, the attendant was rude and appeared as if he didn’t want to be bothered.
Location was okay.
Outdated. I was t too pleased upon entering the room because the pictures aren’t accurate but moved past it. At about 8:30pm as I was lying down, I heard a dripping sound. The ceiling was leaking water steadily on to the corner of the bed. I called the front office and they said “oh yeah, she’s probably showering upstairs”. I waited for about 15 minutes when no one showed up, I made my way to the front desk. I explained what was happening and he again said “they must be showering upstairs”. It seemed as if he was gonna do nothing about it until I told him that it was dripping all over the bed and that I currently had somebody’s dirty bathwater on me because I was laying in the bed when it started to drip. After seeing my obvious frustration with their lack of confidence, I was assigned to another room. The second room looked more like what the pictures described when I made the booking needless to say 0 out of 10 will not stay here again.
It was good
Would have like waffles but was content
It was cozy.
Breakfast wasn't the best
Location was great
Close to down town
I'm not sure if the in-season price is worth it, given that this location is on a highway and fairly noisy, but it was a good deal in April. The room was fine, with a nice supply of in-room coffee, shampoo, lotion, etc. It was just a short drive to Portsmouth and there was easy access to the road to Maine, my destination. I didn't see where the pool was (it would be closed in April anyway) and did not try the breakfast. I appreciated the in-room coffee in the morning.
The room was a bit noisy, but suppose that can't be helped on a highway. They put me right next to the office, for some reason (they were not filled) so some rolling suitcase noise outside as well.
The location is right off the highway and very easy to get to. The parking is good, and almost directly in front of our room. The beds were very comfortable.
The nightstand outlets were not working.
