What truly stood out to me about Hôtel Mansart was the exceptional hospitality of its staff. From the moment I arrived, the entire team was incredibly warm, attentive, and welcoming. Check in was seamless and efficient, responses were always prompt, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to assist with any requests I had throughout my stay.
I particularly appreciated the thoughtful little touches, such as making sure guests were aware of the complimentary drinks and snacks available in the lobby. It is these small details together with the genuine warmth of the team that make a stay feel truly special.
A very special mention must go to Nuntida, Maria, and the entire Hôtel Mansart team. Their professionalism, kindness, and consistently friendly manner made a wonderful impression on me. The hospitality felt genuine and personal, and it was undoubtedly one of the highlights of my stay.
The location is equally impressive. The hotel is beautifully situated in the heart of Paris, within walking distance of many of the city’s iconic attractions, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.
I am already planning my next trip to Paris and Hôtel Mansart will undoubtedly be my first choice again. While the location is fantastic, it is ultimately the wonderful people and the level of hospitality that make me want to return.

The staff was amazing. It was our 34th anniversary, so they upgraded us and then left a handwritten note, chocolate and wine in our room. The breakfast was outstanding and had something for everyone.
Elevator didn't always work correctly. We were on the 5th floor, so we ended up taking the winding staircase a lot. There is only one button to push so you don't know if it is going up or down or even stopping.
