The room was very spacious and comfortable.
Excellent, fast, and reliable Wi-Fi.
The room included a coffee maker, tea, a refrigerator, and a microwave, which made longer stays much more convenient.
There was a heater, which made the room very comfortable.
Two complimentary bottles of drinking water were provided upon arrival (although they were not replenished during the stay).
Breakfast was included in the room rate.
The hotel was very quiet, making it easy to get a good night's sleep.
I managed to book at a great price before the hotel underwent rebranding. After that, the rates increased significantly, so I was happy to have secured the lower rate.
Communication became confusing during the hotel's rebranding. Before that, everything was excellent, and the staff responded to my emails quickly. However, once the rebranding started, they stopped replying to messages through Booking.com. For about a month, I had no idea whether the hotel was still operating or if my reservation was even valid. About two weeks before my arrival, they finally launched a new website and provided a new email address. After contacting them there, they promptly confirmed that my reservation was still valid.
The hotel is quite far from downtown Calgary. If you don't have a car, you'll most likely need to use Uber or another rideshare service to get around.

Spacious room, very clean, friendly staff, awesome breakfast and a well equipped gym.
There were two issues, 1 we had troubles with the TV volume and 2 the flushed on the toilet .
We reported it to the front desk and it was addressed and fixed very quickly.
clean rooms, comfy beds, decently quiet
the front desk is supposed to be 24/7. we called around 10:30 and stayed on the phone for over 10 minutes and nobody picked up. all we wanted was an extra pillow :(
Breakfast is free with booking, the room looks and feels clean, it has wood floor, plenty of parking spaces, bus stop is just across the street, train station is about 20 min walk, there are plenty of restaurants and shopping near by.
