Location, location, location!
Couldn’t raise the thermostat of the room when using the a/c - it felt like a freezer to us after an hour of being in the room.

This was a great hotel on a quiet side-street. The rooms were Paris-small, but clean and well-appointed. The highlight of our stay was Ludevig, the gentleman at the front desk in the daytime. He went out of his way to assure we had dining recommendations and directions for anywhere we wanted to go, even going so far as accompanying us to the metro station when we were uncertain how to proceed. THANK YOU LUDEVIG!
He really made our stay a delight and we will look forward to returning to this hotel on our next adventure in Paris!
The lady ( I don’t know her name) who worked in the breakfast area was also very good and kind, always pleasant and conversant.

Hotel location is outstanding: just one block from Boulevard St. Germain, on a quiet pedestrian lane, but midway between Louvre, Notre Dame and Luxembourg Gardens. Very congenial staff, and our room was spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended!
The location.
Despite a face lift the Hotel was certainly not 4 star. It was a very basic room, very cramped and sparse. The lighting was poor - 3 table lamps. The bathroom, while tight was serviceable, especially as there was bath/shower. In our opinion, for the price, we felt it was not value for money.
Clean, comfortable, excellent location, very warm and welcoming staff! 3 minutes from Notre Dame, excellent dining options nearby and the breakfast included was also very good.

Excellent location. Possibly one of the very best hotel locations for visiting Paris. It really is Paris on your doorstep, Saint Germain, Saint Michel, Cluny, Latin Quarter at your doorstep. A 5 minute walk to Notre Dame and to Metros. Yet the hotel is quiet and noise free. Rooms are very comfortable with fridge, safe and daily maintenance.
