Excellent location, comfortable beds.
Breakfast was atrocious. Asked for a later check out ahead of the schedule, and did not receive an answer. On the day of check in, asked for the late check out and was refused (even though I would be checking out the next day and it was a Monday, so low traffic day). Was told it can only be accommodated on the day of the checkout, and that too was not guaranteed (despite me offering to pay extra).
Not much.
When we arrived to our room, it was all the way in the corner of 3rd floor and front door was outside isnot inside. The air was not on and the room was hot as blazes. The air should have been turned on fo incoming guest. My husband had to go downstairs and they gave him a small fan. They said it was all they could do. We cut the air down to 60 degrees and left it there. Without the fan we would have been miserable. The room smelt musty and we called and they came up and sprayed and said that was all they can do. That did not offer us a new room or our money back. 2. The breakfast on the website clearly said Sausage and fruit. Wen we got down stairs there was no sausage or fruit not to mention yogurt which most places have. 3.Then from somewhere we had big black ants getting in. Also these small yellow and black bees kept getting in. Some died in the bathroom so we swept them to the side so the staff could see them. They never offered us a new room or our money back or any compensation. Then on your website you offered a 3 pm check out for $30 dollars. They did not honor that. They said 1 1 am, 12or 1 pm check out. But the one pm was $30 dollars. So we thought we were leaving at 12 noon. The front desk person came up at 11:15 am and rudely told us that it was check out time and we had to get out. We will never stay at this property again. We have never been to a Baymont that was this bad. Or Wyndham property.

Very normal breakfast and a very small space for the breakfast area. Not more than 5 people can accommodate the room.
Rooms are very small, Looks dark and don't feel a positive vibe.

We saw so roaches in room. But everything else was good. And bathroom is to small. The people that work there is great.
Great location and was very quiet at night-time
I did not receive the rate that I signed up for. And I asked to pay at propertie and was charged in advance. The breakfast area was so small it had 3 little tables .only eggs were bad and no bacon or anything. Staff was very rude.breakfest was only till 9 .ice machine on 2 floor did not work and no vending machines
