I found and killed a cockroach in my room on the second floor. The front desk, as usual, did absolutely nothing. Two days and a second complaint later, housekeeping finally showed up, but they didn't clean a thing—the dead cockroach was left lying right where it was. Instead, a swarm of ants showed up to take care of it. Being on the second floor, either the entire building has a serious bug infestation, or I was just unlucky and they crawled in from weird neighbors.

Cons:

Na zdjęciach hotel i pokój wyglądały lepiej niż w rzeczywistości. Pokój był mały, umywalka była w przedpokoju. W pokoju były mrówki.

This place is a dump! Don't stay at the Hotel Focus SFO.
Pros:

Free shuttle from the airport.

Cons:

Nothing. The place is a dump. Old, carpet in hallways is old, worn and torn up. Furniture in rooms is old and used. Terrible location. The air did not work, they should not be renting this room. Pictures on the website are misleading. The Fairfied Inn is across the parking lot, people should stay there.

Pros:

Good free breakfast and reliable, free shuttle to and from SFO. Pleasant reception staff.

Cons:

A funny smell in corridors
Pillows too hard for me. Unfortunately we had noisy neighbours but that's not the hotel's fault.
Needs updating.
