Pros:

Great location for us. The tram stop was near. Spacious 1 bedroom apartment. Quiet. Also gym, sauna and a pool available. A kitchen was fine. We made our breakfasts and had some salad for dinner. Dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer were a big plus.

Cons:

Very dirty windows. Also not a great view behind the grey glass. Normal city side street. They have only one set of plates and cups, spoons etc per person. Spoons were always out and it felt silly to run the dishwasher for just a couple of plates and spoons.

Yes, bath tub is slippery so pick up a bath matt from the reception.

Great location but disappointing for the ambience of the decor
Pros:

Location is great. We like the view of the shrine and always ask for that as connected to our father's war service.

Cons:

The door to the balcony was in big need of a good clean. Over a three day stay we asked for room service on the second day as per instructions for a Saturday but it didn't happen ( with apologies from the reception staff but still the point is it didn't happen so your systems not working all the time). There's not much warmth in terms of lighting and perhaps some more artwork on the big bare wall? The decor lacks warmth. And so it feels like you don't care about the in room experience for your guests.

Excellent value for money. We were so happy we’ve booked again.
Pros:

Great location. Very close to the tram stop. The reception staff were very friendly and helpful. Our bed was very comfortable and it was great to have a mini balcony.

Cons:

The only thing I didn’t like was the shower over the bath. I am recovered after a knee replacement but prior to surgery I would have had difficulty getting in and out of the shower.
