Dessverre opplevdes hotellet ikke som et 4-stjerners hotell.
Pros:

Frokosten var bra, og personalet var hyggelig. Det var mulig å leie sykler på hotellet. Zwolle er en fantastisk by, og det er veldig fint å sykle rundt der. Det var veldig praktisk med parkering ved hotellet.

Cons:

Hotellet var noe slitt og trenger en oppgradering. Rommene var små, og sengene var altfor myke. Baren var allerede stengt kl. 22.30 på en lørdagskveld. Hotellet ligger litt langt fra Zwolle sentrum. Man trenger bil eller evt. sykkel. Jeg kan ikke tro at dette er et 4-stjerners hotell. Etter min mening er hotellet maks et 3-stjerners hotell. De hadde også glemt å legge igjen rene håndklær på rommet den andre dagen, til tross for at vi hadde bedt om dette på forhånd. Middagen i restauranten var ikke spesielt bra, og prisene var altfor høye i forhold til kvaliteten. Vi kommer ikke tilbake.

Für 4 Sterne haben wir mehr erwartet. Das war wenn überhaupt schlechter 3 Sterne Standard.
Pros:

Die Lage ist Top. Zentrum in 5min mit dem Auto erreichbar. Trotz Autobahn/Schnellstraße sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel könnte man an der Ausstattung mal wieder was machen. Der erste Blick beim betreten geht zum Schreibtisch. Schreibtisch quillt auf. Ecken wie abgefressen. Es hat am 2 Tag / Nacht extrem nach Abfluss gerochen. Sehr unangenehm.

Prima, voor herhaling vatbaar
Pros:

Vriendelijke en behulpzaam personeel en een goed restaurant. Ontbijtbuffet was ook heel goed.

Good option for travellers
Pros:

Great location if you are travelling, just off a motorway. The room was an ample size with a useful desk. Shower was excellent. There are some well thought out amenities in the lobby that aren't common at this kind of price point.

Cons:

Parking is €5, understandable given the location but wasn't expected.
The lighting in the room was terrible, just small accent lights, no main fixture. I spent a few minutes blundering around in near-darkness trying to find all the switches.

NOT CLEAN ENOUGH. MY ROOM HAD ANTS ALL OVER, AND I ASKED TO MOVE TO A DIFFERENT ROOM IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT AS I REALIZED THAT THE ANTS WERE ALL OVER. THE SECOND ROOM WAS OK.
