We liked the location close to main shopping
Everything was very nice.
Great location. Nice pool
Providing a coffee machine and coffee pods is a bit of a joke when you don't provide milk in a supposedly serious hotel. Especially as the nearest grocery is several miles away. We eventually had to buy a cup of milk (for almost five dollars!) from the restaurant. Come on - provide milk pods and do your job properly
Location. Breakfast was good
The pillows on the bed were hard as rocks and the worst I’ve ever experienced. Impossible to get comfortable. The room is dated. There was a long hair in the shower from a previous guest. There were two lightbulbs for the whole bedroom area probably totaling 100 watts, so it was impossible to read. We had reservations for 2 nights but left after one. Rather potentially lose money than stay there longer.
The indoor pool was small.
We have been coming to your hotel for years. Always a pleasure.
Walking distance to all the stores, restaurants and the Lake
Common areas could have been updated a little.
convenient and all encompassing facilities
facilities needed updating/taken more care of dents, scratches, etc. in rooms
Close to everything. Staff was very friendly
Parking can be rough
The staff were all so friendly and helpful. My best friend and I met there to celebrate our 60th birthday’s. They were able to accommodate our request for a lake view, high floor room and even gave us special birthday treats. The room was nicely updated and fresh.
The paint in the bathroom was rather poorly done. The prior color showed through in many places. Not a big deal - just letting you know.
Staff friendly and location are great
Beds are a bit uncomfy; and there was noise through the walls in the evening.
Location! And of course the outdoor hot tub!
Our patio room was right next to the entrance so alittle busy with people.
Location
The location was the best part of our stay. It was so close to the lake and shopping we didn’t need the car at all. The balcony is where we spent the majority of our time when we were in the room.
The hotel is outdated. Even the bedding and pillows seemed like they should be replaced. We ran out of toilet paper and had no spare rolls even though they had been in the room earlier. They did not leave fresh towels for the second day. The walls were so thin we could hear every word from the room next door.
so bad I am not interested because they gave me the worst room when I booked you said there is balcony I didn't see any balcony and I couldn't open the windows because it was compressor so close near the windows
noooooooooo if you don't refund some money impossible to book anything next time
