Pros:

The hotel itself is fine, but it’s in a terrible location

Cons:

The location is absolutely horrible. It doesn’t feel safe. They didn’t tell us that the pool closes Oct 1.

Decent hotel with basic comforts, but not great value for money, especially considering the location.
Pros:

The hotel is very spacious, and I found it convenient as I was attending an event there.

The breakfast was decent, nothing exceptional. I would have liked to see more local Sicilian products.
One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast area on the 14th floor, which offers a beautiful view of the sea.

The hotel also has a swimming pool, which I didn’t get the chance to use, but I imagine it would be a nice addition during the warmer months.

Cons:

The main downside for me was the location. The hotel is about a 20/30-minute walk from the city centre.

The surrounding area isn’t particularly pleasant to walk around, although after about 15 minutes on foot you can reach a much nicer area by the sea.

I also don’t think the hotel offers great value for money. The room had all the basic comforts and was reasonably clean, so it wasn’t a bad experience overall, but for the price I paid, I expected a little more.

I stayed mainly because I was attending an event at the hotel’s conference centre, which made it convenient. Otherwise, I probably would have chosen somewhere else.

Siisti iso hotelli, hyvät näkymät merelle. Upea aamiainen. Hyvä huone, hyvä sänky. Ystävälliset ja avuliaat siivoojat.Bussi ja lähijuna kulkevat lähellä.

Cons:

Huoneeni oli vitoskerroksessa. Lähellä oli jokin tila, jonka oven narina (kova) herätti useasti yöllä.

Amazing stay on top of Palermo
Pros:

When we arrived I was very impressed by the Pool view and the experience with swimming on top of Palermo. Then the next morning I was having breakfast there, that was very impressive !!! The food was just delightful we booked dinner 2 times at the hotel and the experience and staff were very kind. Kids friendly with kids chair and understanding when we needed to leave. The cool part is the bus service that can be used all the time when needed as travelling with a car in Palermo was not recommended. In any case the parking and closeness proximity to highway was very nice. We will come again !!! Expect us in 2027.

Pros:

Hezká poloha u zálivu, dobrá dopravní dostupnost do centra (přímo u hotelu je zastávka městských autobusů, nebo pokud jste ochotni obejít dva velké bloky, můžete po 15-20 minutách dojít na zastávku tramvaje číslo 1, která vás doveze k hlavnímu nádraží). Snídaně podávaná v restauraci ve 14. patře byla dostatečně pestrá a chutná, a navíc výhled na město byl příjemným začátkem dne. Ve stejném patře se nachází i střešní bazén, z jehož terasy je výhled ještě krásnější. Překvapilo mě, že pro koupání v bazénu je vyžadována koupací čepice (vůbec první pobyt, kde jsem něco takového zažila), a potěšilo, že si ji lze za 3€ zakoupit přímo u bazénu, takže jsem si přímo z hotelu přivezla ještě jeden suvenýr navíc. Využila jsem i nabídku hotelové restaurace a večeře byla velmi chutná a obsluhující pozorní a velmi příjemní. Potěšila i nabídka převážně nealkoholických nápojů v minibaru

Cons:

Jednu věc vytknout musím: nevím, zda to bylo způsobeno nedostatečným proškolením pracovníků úklidu, ale nezafungovala služba praní oděvů a prádla, kterou jsem chtěla využít. Měla jsem za to, že stačí ponechat na pokoji k tomu tam připravenou tašku s věcmi k vyprání a vyplněnou objednávku, a dvakrát po sobě jsem ji po návratu nalezla na pokoji neodnesenou. Volala jsem pak na recepci, tam se mi omluvili a sdělili, že po zbytek mého pobytu, připadající na víkend, již tuto službu nemohu využít, neboť je poskytována pouze v pracovních dnech. K tomu ovšem nemuselo dojít, kdyby pracovníci úklidu vše obstarali hned první den, kdy jsem pro ně připravené věci k vyprání a objednávku zanechala na pokoji. Toto tedy dávám na vědomí, že by mělo vedení hotelu zabezpečit lépe.

Besoin d'un lifting
Pros:

Nous avons tres bien mangé et nous avons aimé le personnel et l'emplacement ainsi que l'extérieur .

Cons:

Nous avions réservé une chambre vue sur mer mais pour 3 personnes , quand nous sommes arrivés, ils nous ont proposé une chambre pour 2 et vue sur travaux !!!
Notre chambre n'était pas terrible , le plâtre du mur tombait , la salle de bain avec des champignons dans les coins et prise de courant inutilisable dans la chambre

Je n irais plus jamais à Palerme
Pros:

Le parking était tb l hôtel est tres grand mais on préfère les petits hôtels la réceptionniste était très accueillante …

Cons:

Hôtel situé dans un quartier insalubre … les ordures traînent dans les rues odorantes d urines plein de mauvaises herbes et de saletés dans les rues pour se rendre dans le centre

Pros:

Nous faisons toujours une halte au San Paolo , ils ont refait les chambres , la literie est super confortable les chambres spacieuses , la piscine sur le toit, le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Il manque des étagères dans la salle de bain pour poser nos affaires, et la piscine 2 m partout j’en profite pas ,pas à l’aise dans l’eau quand j’ai pas pieds,
