Pros:

Séjour incroyable. Petit déjeuner vue sur mer, super bon. Chambre très spacieuse vue sur mer. Piscine sur le toit avec vue sur Palerme. Ambiance incroyable.

Pokoje w miarę czyste i przestronne.

Kontakt z obiektem słaby, napisałam przed przyjazdem czy jest możliwość wcześniejszego meldunku to odpisali po czasie jak już 1 noc u nich spędziliśmy. Kolejny temat to w udogodnieniach w pokoju był wpisany prywatny basen i w sumie dlatego ten hotel wybraliśmy na miejscu okazało się, że basenu nie ma ja rozumiem błąd, ale zero rekompensaty, personel na miejscu tłumaczył się, że to błąd bookingu, jednak jak się okazało to nieprawda, gdyż rezerwacjami na booking zarządza personel. Na moją wiadomość hotel nawet nie raczył odpisać. Pokazali jak szanują Klientów. Dodam jeszcze, że mieliśmy u nich 2 pokoje.

Personnel de réception serviable, dommage que le service de chambre n’était pas top

La taille de la chambre et petit déjeuné

Cons:

La piscine était hors service, ascenseur vétuste, le quartier très sale, le nettoyage a été oublier un jour sans le remplacement des linges de bain et nettoyage de la salle de bains ( du sable de la veille était encore présent dans le sol de douche) manque de rangement dans la salle de bain.
