Great location in the centre of Bruges with really friendly and helpful staff. Beds were very comfy and we loved the 11am check out time
The room and bathroom was a little outdated and could use a freshen up, but overall it was clean and functional

Die Lage des Hotel's! Personal sehr freundlich und mehrsprachig unterwegs. Für eine Übernachtung okay. Bett sehr bequem.
Im Bad keine Ablage für Utensilien/ Badetasche und bei längerem Aufenthalt auch zu wenig Ablagefläche im Zimmer.

Se manejan con el francés e inglés ( aunque sea muy simple tu conocimiento de ellos, te entiendes perfectamente).
Muy tranquilo, estás en la mejor ubicación de Brujas, muy cerca de todo lo que vas a querer visitar. Tiene un bar que sirven unos mojitos increíbles, unos nachos o sándwiches, muy ricos. Está el alojamiento rodeado de bombonerías, restaurantes y tiendas.

a kettle and some coffee condiments to make a cup of coffee in the morning and enjoy it in the room would be good, don't always feel like stepping down to get coffee
Un hôtel rénové en plein centre de la ville. Personnel très prévenant. Petit déjeuner excellent et copieux. Possibilité de garer une voiture même si nous n'en avons pas eu besoin.

L'hôtel et la chambre étaient agréables : bonne odeur, propre, moderne. Le personnel est adorable, j'avais oublié un bien dans la chambre et ils me l'ont renvoyé par la poste.
