Perfect location, parking, very clean, good breakfast and nice helpful staff.
De locatie is fantastisch ten opzichte van de bezienswaardigheden! Het ontbijt was heerlijk met overheerlijke keuzes in broodjes, fruit, cruesli's, enz. De badkamer (mindervalide) was ontzettend goed voorzien, alleen iets te warm.

The breakfast is OK, not great, but this is a very minor point.
Le comfort, le petit déjeuner copieux, facilité d accès a pied. Chambre confortable, accès par ascenseur a tous les étages, chambre insonorisé.

Rummet var litet och svårt att få plats med två resväskor och packa upp dessa, lite avställningsplats. Jag hade bokat ett rum med två sängar som gick att separera. Men det var omöjligt i detta lilla rum. Jag ringde t.o.m. dit om detta.
Badrummet innehöll badkar och för mig var det både svårt att stiga i badkaret för att duscha och kliva ur och det var väldigt halt. Jag hade bokat för fyra nätter men vi lämnade hotellet efter tre nätter.
Jag bad att få pengarna tillbaka för det dygnet vi inte utnyttjade rummet.
Men de sa att jag skulle kontakta Booking.com i frågan. Så jag är tacksam om ni kan ta kontakt med gällande detta.
Vi fick sen betala en natt på hotell i Bryssel innan vi åkte hem. Med vänlig hälsning, Anne

très bien situé, très calme malgré la proximité de la grande place , et un personnel charmant
La posizione centralissima. Il garage sotto l'hotel. La pulizia della camera. Zero rumore. Letto molto confortevole. Colazione superlativa, con tantissime proposte diverse e ottima qualità.
Non poter usufruire liberamente del giardino dell' hotel, purtroppo è vincolato alla consumazione bar.
