Unerfreuliche Erfahrung in einer völlig überlaufenen Stadt
Pros:

Die Lage ist ausgezeichnet und die Zimmer und Sauberkeit ist in Ordnung

Cons:

Das Hotel macht eher den Eindruck einer Jugendherberge. Die "Bar" ist in einer zugigen Eingangshalle und sehr ungemütlich. In Richtung Rezeption stehen große Automaten mit Getränken, Chips etc. Das mag mancher praktisch finden, es ist aber alles andere als charmant. Man wähnt sich in einer Bahnhofshalle.
Das Personal ist routiniert aber nicht zugewendet. Ich wollte einen Tag vor dem Geburtstag meines Mannes für den nächsten Morgen einen kleinen Kuchen bestellen - "zu spät"????? Ich fragte nach einer Bäckerei in der Nähe "ja gibt es".
Am nächsten Morgen nicht einmal eine kurze Gratulation.
Schirme sollten für 12 Euro verkauft werden. Bei nochmaligen nachfragen gab es dann doch einen zum ausleihen.
Eine schmutzige Kaffeetasse wurde drei Tage nicht aus dem Zimmer genommen.
Das Frühstück ist ok, wenn es nicht stört, dass alles in großen Plastikcontainern angeboten wird (Milch, Marmelade, Honig,
Joghurt etc) Uns hat es leider gestört. Wie gesagt für eine Jugendherberge in Ordnung, wer ein Hotel mit ein bisschen Charme sucht - sucht weiter.

overall I had a good stay. I think it’s worth the price
Pros:

the location and how clean the room is

Cons:

it’s a maze to get into my hotel room and there are too many steps so when you have heavy luggages, it’ll be challenging. Also, the breakfast is not good but also not too bad.

Sweet, Soft, Charming
Pros:

Location is perfect, almost under the belfry tower, walking distance to every historic place.
Breakfast us versatile and well organized.
You live in the middle of old city surroended by history, ringing bells, beer gardens and chocolate aromate.

Cons:

Some persistent mosquitos.
And would be good to have coffee table in rooms.

Pros:

This was our second stay at Martin's Brugge. The location is quiet and close to everything. The room was perfect, roomy, and not crowded. The police station was across from our room, but it was very quiet.

Breakfast was delicious. Great variety for breakfast. The dining staff was polite courteous and attentive.

The front desk staff was warm and welcoming. Answered all our questions.

Cons:

Finding our room was a bit of a challenge, but doable. So no worries.

Clean, well located, comfortable bed, parking in basement....but not much else to recommend it

Location was good, Room was clean, not too expensive

Cons:

The breakfast offer wasn't worth 22 euros. The car park access/ egress wasn't explained at reception which caused delays in exiting the following day plus access was difficult as no one answered the access buzzer at reception. No tea making facilities in the room was disappointing and usual nowadays and lastly what hotel bar anywhere else in the world opens at 10pm only and has no red wine ...now that did not go down well with our party after a meal out
