Kambarių tvarkymas ir smulkios dovanėlės labai teigiamai nuteikė. Maisto pasirinkimas, ypač jūros gėrybių vakarienė. Labai ačiū už ponšos gaminimo užsiėmimą (rekomenduojame), bei už baseino gimnastiką (labai naudingą ir linksmą). Puikus vaizdas pro balkoną.
Puikiai apželdinta viešbučio teritorija.

Good room service nice food we really enjoyed breakfast and dinners .
We had lovey experience overall stuff was very friendly. I personally think it needs little improvement around surrounding areas , I would rate it star ⭐⭐⭐⭐ and 9/10 experience
I would say as there were some small things that need slide improvements but overall very nice hotel 🏨🛏️ and very nice stay would definitely recommend for others to book perfect holidays resort close to the beach and sea .

The location wasn’t convenient for us, we had an one year old baby , and because is a mountainous area was very hard to get to the shops , so you must rent a car , also we had an issue with a man who stayed besides our room ( he smoked weed all the time and our room was full of that smell , and because we had the baby , we were really angry) , after 4 days we made the complaint. They decided that is nothing that they can do , if we want to go to another hotel will be on us our own money , after we sent an email to loveholiday they actually said that we can use the facility of the pestana royal(another hotel beside which is a 5 star hotel ) , but that’s all , during the night we gonna sleep in our room beside that man , and on the last our day , they changed their minds and told us that we can sleep as well in the other hotel ( but was not point for us to move on the last day with a baby so we decided to stay)
Also , The food was horrible , I will give one star for food , one type of meat , so you don’t have choice , and is really poor quality of meat , and all the food as well, we were really disappointed of everything, another thing everything is packed so is not for family with kids my opinion , the cleaning was a bit better but not for a 4 stars hotel , really disappointed , but we were really shocked about the food , seemed like ordinary people are cooking, not chefs
That was our experience there , we paid 2000 euro for 6 days and our holiday was ruined , and on the last 2 days were construction workers in front of our room doing their job but my baby couldn’t sleep at all because of that noise

Our first time to Madeira has been absolutely perfect. We chose to stay in the Pestana Ocean Bay, we're very very glad we did. Everything about the hotel is amazing from the location to the food. Our room had fabulous views of the Atlantic and is only a step away from the beach. The variety and quality of the food was very good, we stayed for 7 days and each day was different. Lots of lovely fish dishes and plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables. We came with our 4 year old daughter and the staff were so kind to her, all of the staff are really lovely. Manuela Garenito who works in the restaurant really was wonderful with our daughter, and everyone made us feell incredibly welcome. I highly recommend this hotel - we have had a great time. We will definitely be booking to come again.

We had a lovely time! The staff were very friendly, especially that one guy with the moustache, shoutout to him! There was basically food at all times from 7:30-14:30 and then again from 6:30-9 and ya better believe we got our value, I gained 3kg!
Great Air conditioning in the bedroom which was definitely needed when not in the pool
They had fun activities/games every day and we had a fabulous time!

Lovely hotel with 2 pools and grounds. Very friendly and efficient staff. Especially Manuela Garanito in the restaurant and Mohammad on the bar. We Always found something pleasant to eat on the buffet and the choice we found to be good.
Great that pool towels are provided and the Jacuzzi was nice to get into and the water was heated.
It was nice that they tried hard to deter the Visiting Pigeons from around the outside eating area with visiting specialists with various Birds of Prey.
The free bus to and from Funchal was handy although we did get a couple of taxis back as the last free bus back was 17:30.
We will visit again and explore more of Madeira.
