Pros:

O que mais aprecio num hotel é a limpeza, apesar de ter havido uma falha com as trocas das toalhas de rosto, mas foi resolvido!

Cons:

Da pouca variedade da comida, muitas saladas e massas mas pouca carne e peixe.

Am avut o saptamana de vis. Camera spațioasă, cu tot ce ai avut nevoie, curată, personalul foarte atent, de pe Balcon am avut o priveliște de vis, am avut în fiecare zi parte de un Apus de Soare superb, valurile Oceanului ne-a transmis o energie pozitivă, relaxare maximă. Mâncarea a fost multă , foarte bună și diversificată. Personalul care se ocupă de servirea meselor foarte prietenos, atent să nu lipsească nimic, în special Manuela Garanito și Manish Biswas. Iar Barmanul Rana foarte serviabil. Ne-a plăcut foarte mult Vinul de Madeira și soțului meu i-a plăcut mult Ginul Tonic. Ne pare rău că trebuie să plecăm, dar o să revenim cu mare plăcere! Mulțumim Pestana Ocean Bay Allinclusive.

schlechtes Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis.

das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. wir wurden stets bei Fragen oder Anliegen unterstützt

Cons:

Der Preis für die Leistung ist viel zu hoch. Unser Zimmer war bereits sehr runtergekommen, es wurde extrem feucht im Zimmer sodass auch Kleider feucht wurden. Die Balkontüren sind nicht dicht. Das Bad ist bereits sehr alt und müsste mal renoviert werden. Dass es keine Klimaanlage gibt ist unglaublich. Das Buffet war auch nicht überragend. Ich finde man müsste einfach den Preis anpassen, dann stellt man sich auch auf weniger ein.

Pros:

A közvetlen part nagyon kenyelmesse tette a nyaralast. Tovabba a szemelyzet eszmeletlen kedves, jo hangulatot teremtettek, a delutani (bingo, medences edzes, koktel kostolo, habfurdo) nagyon jo elmeny volt, sokat nevettunk. Ezen felul hatalmas koktel kinalat volt es finomak is voltak. Kulon tetszett hogy az all inclusive opcioba beletartozott egy nap portugal vagy olasz vacsora egy masik magasabb rangu hotelben.

Cons:

Óriási hátrány, hogy a hotel egész területén nincs légkondicionálás. Emiatt a pihenés a meleg szobában rendkívül kellemetlen volt. Az esti programokat sem tudtuk igazán élvezni, mivel az aulában, ahol a színpad is található, nagyon fülledt és meleg volt.
Továbbá a szobák hangszigetelése is hagy kívánnivalót maga után. Szinte mindent lehetett hallani a szomszédos szobákból és a folyosóról, olyan érzés volt, mintha nem is lettek volna falak.
