Has a nice location, view and it is comfortable. Rooms are spacious and perfect for a family.
We had an issue with air conditioning and ended up sleeping badly for 3 days without solution. Also, breakfast is very simple and we were expecting more for the kind of hotel we booked. In Booking.com it says it is a 4-star hotel, but in fact it is not anymore (it expired in 2024) and the hotel still needs lots of maitainance.

The staff were professional, kind and warming. All the staff made a big effort to communicate well and were always smiling. Whilst the decor was dated, it was nice to see how clean everything was and how well maintained the rooms were
No kettle in the room
The suite i had was large with nice balcony
The persons at reception are simply liars: When return the room on the first day after being out-the coffee corner was not touched cups were not washed water not suppliers Nespresso capsules not renewed. i called the reception and for 3 hours!! after repeated calls i was told "yes i am speaking to my collogue and taking care of it" after 3 hours they stopped replying my calls so i came down and leant that they only provide above on the first day-if i need refill i have to pay for it!!this was not the case in 2 other pestana hotels i stayed in this trip-but why did they not tell me this on my first call and lied for 3 hours, when i asked to speak to manger on duty i was told there in none till the following morning at 7:30-when i came at around 8:30 i was told he is not yet arrived-so i spoke to some one who said he will attend to my complain, when i arrive back in the afternoon-nothing was done not even washed the used coffee cup from the morning!! simply liars!!!
