O lixo da cozinha do quarto não tinha sido trocado
Fijn dat er bij het openlucht zwembad een grote groenstrook was met bomen voor schaduw, fijn om daar te liggen.
Er staan bij het zwembad 3 luxe ligbedden (overdekt en matras). Deze werden elke dag al vroeg gereserveerd door gasten. We zagen vanaf ons balkon om 07.30 uur al de eerste handdoeken daar liggen. Vervolgens bleven de bedden leeg, en kwamen een paar uur later de gasten erop liggen. Voor andere gasten echt niet fijn. Wij vinden het reserveren met handdoeken sowieso kwalijk. Gauw de beste plekken in pikken en dan laat komen. Gun iedereen zo'n bed en als je weggaat om bv te lunchen, gun een ander dan zo'n bed. Wij verbleven steeds onder de bomen, en wilden zelf niet zo'n bed, maar we zagen 3 dagen dezelfde mensen erop liggen, elke dag na 'gereserveerd' te hebben. Het is toch veel fijner om die bedjes aan iedereen te gunnen.
Toen we bij de receptie hierover klaagden, dat zoiets gereserveerd kan worden, kregen we als antwoord dat de horeca mensen bij het zwembad daarop moesten letten. Deze horeca mensen verwezen vervolgens naar de receptie. Ik vind het kwalijk hoe hiermee werd omgegaan. Een hotel onwaardig.

We stayed here for a week in mid June 2026. We found some of the staff very unhelpful particularly the male staff in reception and bar.
Breakfast options were very good but we only had dinner in the restaurant on one occasion as we found it to be very substandard.
Our room was comfortable and clean but the drains in the bathroom were very bad and when we notified the staff of the problem their solution was to send someone to clean the bathroom, the bathroom was clean, this was not the issue, it was the drains.
The pool area was lovely, always clean, comfortable and the staff in this area were always helpful and pleasant. Location is great but the hotel is dated and we felt could benefit from an upgrade.
