Отличная территория и великолепные завтраки, но номера требуют обновления
Pros:

Завтраки: Отличные завтраки, всё очень вкусно. Радует большой выбор блюд и обилие свежих фруктов.
Территория и инфраструктура: У отеля хорошая, ухоженная территория. Есть отличный выбор для отдыха: открытый бассейн, а также крытый закрытый бассейн с подогревом.
Активности: На территории доступны теннисный корт, небольшой спортивный зал и сауна, что является большим плюсом.
Оснащение: В самом номере предоставлено всё необходимое для комфортного проживания.

Cons:

Состояние номера: Сам номер уже довольно старый, интерьеру и мебели не помешало бы обновление.
Инцидент с уборкой: Очень разочаровала работа персонала. Ребенок оставил в номере недоеденную пачку конфет, а после уборки мы обнаружили, что горничная их съела, оставив всего одну штуку. Это абсолютно недопустимо.

Asignación de una habitación con mucho ruido exterior.
Pros:

Desayuno bastante bueno, la piscina bastante bien, la habitación y la terraza grandes.

Cons:

Expresar mi malestar por la experiencia vivida durante nuestra estancia en el hotel. Reservamos con mucha antelación y pese a ello, se nos asignó una habitación situada justo al lado de recepción. Esa noche coincidió con un partido del Mundial de Futbol y el ruido constante de entradas y salidas de huéspedes hizo imposible descansar.
El resultado fue una noche muy mala: ojeras, falta de sueño y dolor del cabeza al día siguiente. Nos cambiaron de habitación posteriormente pero el daño ya estaba hecho y nuestra estancia quedó claramente afectada.
Considero que una reserva con antelación debería garantizar una ubicación adecuada.

Disappointing given the price
Pros:

The location was very good, just a five minute taxi ride into the heart of Cascais

Cons:

Arrived at the hotel after a long drive slightly before check in time of 3pm but wasn’t allowed to check in, we were made to wait until 3pm.

The room wasn’t very clean, dirty hand prints on the walls. The air conditioning in the room didn’t blow cold, so the room was hot at night and the beds weren’t very comfortable.

Os funcionários são muito simpáticos, o espaço exterior é muito bom. As piscinas são. Uito agradáveis. A localização é óptima muito perto da guia e do centro de Cascais.

Lovely hotel, very chilled and relaxing environment, wonderful staff, rooms cleaned daily, lovely views from rooms overlooking

Would certainly recommend this hotel for views, staff and good service, very good buffet breakfast , too walking distance of town cerntre.
