I recommend without hesitation.
Pros:

The hotel room was spotless clean, spacious and quiet. The staff were all excellent, friendly and helpful, all speaking English which made things a lot easier for us.

Cons:

It was so good that there is very little to criticise, I would have liked milk in the room for us tea drinkers (we had to ask for it from the restaurant and were charged for this) and also proper mugs in the rooms rather than paper cups.
But as I said, everything was excellent and these are relatively small things.

Breakfast was typical self serve style woth the normal options.
Tables were set but never cleated.

Cons:

Staff were frendily and polite but not well informed about the area, the attractions or any events.
Hotel is situated near a busy ring road to the ciyy and can be noisy.

Wir waren das erste und letzte Mal in in diesem Hotel und in einem Fletcher Betrieb.
Pros:

Zimmer entsprachen dem Standard für diese Hotelkategorie.

Cons:

Bei der Ankunft im Zimmer war das Duschmittel leer. Der Safe war noch zu und konnte nicht geöffnet werden. Das Personal war nicht fähig in vier Tagen jemanden zu finden der ihn öffnen konnte. Die Wertsachen haben wir im Auto gelassen. Am zweiten Tag kamen wir um 19 Uhr zurück ins Zimmer und das Zimmer war noch nicht gemacht. An der Rezeption wurden wir zurechtgewiesen da wir das Schild bitte Zimmer reinigen nicht rausgehängt haben. Das sei so in diesem Hotel. Unserer Begleiterin wurde das Zimmer gemacht ohne dieses Schild. Unmöglich für ein solches Hotel.
Beim Frühstücksbuffet war des Speck ein grosser Klumpen in Fett. Die Rühreier hart und im Block, der Multivitaminsaft in der Maschine schon um 7 Uhr leer. Das Personal im Restaurant war bemüht aber nicht trainiert und zu knapp bemessen für die Anzahl der Gäste. Das Abendessen war ok.

Weinig.
In de ochtend om 7.30 een loeiende vrachtauto onder het raam. Uitzicht 0.0. Douchebak erg glad. Gedateerd.
Bij het uitchecken geen personeel bij de balie. Zeggen dat ik gebeld zou worden om compensatie..... niet dus. Wijn wilde ik niet.
Al met al hebben we wel leuke dagen gehad maar de overnachting was niet fijn en zeker niet voor dat geld. Erg jammer.

Cons:

Toen we aan kwamen hebben we een lunche genomen en die was prima.
