Rooms are old, bathroom was passable. The flushing mechanism kept on getting stuck.
The net curtains were dirty, almost yellow in color
The room was a bit damp. I believe renovation work is ongoing.

Hôtel médiocre, réservé aux locaux.
Pros:

Le petit déjeuner est varié et complet pour ce niveau d’hôtel.

Cons:

Arrivé tardive, retard de l’avion à 3h am, la chambre n’est as prête, 1h pour installer les lits pour les enfants, pas assez de stock mon fils dort au sol. Le matelas sale. La douche n’avait pas d’eau froide donc non utilisable car brûlante. La chambre c’est Bollywood, belle de loin mais usée à l’intérieur.
La piscine n’est pas utilisable après 16h, car ils organisent des repas pour des locaux. Et les clients de l’hôtel ne sont plus les bienvenus. Franchement pour le prix je ne recommande pas !!

Over all - it was just OK

Cons:

1. wish i was told that the Hotel was undergoing
major renovations.
2. the Hotel needs the upgrade.
3. not value for money in its present state.
4. over priced compared to others in the area, i stayed at the Trident last year - not comparable.
5. staff are very good.
6. breakfast is very standard, for the price paid.

Unsatisfied Stay
Pros:

The staff and cleanliness

Cons:

Very few restaurants and very very limited menu. Although we had booked for a sea / pool view , none were there. Further in booking.com they show Kabab Hut, Sunset Lounge, a bar none of them were on the property . Also no arrangement for seating on sea front. We have been visiting the property for last four years but this stay was a disaster

PATHETIC EXPERIENCE
Pros:

EXTRAVAGENT BILLS FOR EXTREMELY POOR FACILITY

Cons:

Swimming Pool access was denied stating Aerobics shoot is ON

Repairs and construction was ON in the entire Hotel

Services are given looking at faces and dresses of customers

Absolutely no flexibility was shown in anything - everything was as per timing

My daughter lost iphone and no support was provided for police complaint or for searching

Car was parked under some tree which created bad stints and stains on Car

We need Refund
