Yo había planeado una noche con mis hermanas reservé una suite para 4 personas, el cuarto era demasiado pequeño para ser una suite parecía una habitación normal de 2 personas había dos vasos y dos botellas de agua, en a/c no funcionaba para el intenso calor dos de mis hermanas se tuvieron que ir a dormir con familia, me echaron a perder mi plan y quiero que me devuelvan mi dinero 😡😡

Un hotel lindo para pasar la noche cerca en Reforma
Pros:

Me gusto la ubicación ya que al estar sobre reforma tienes acceso a medios de transporte fácilmente y el estilo del hotel es muy bonito ya que tiene un estilo europeo o parisino, las habitaciones son amplias de techos altos y muy cómodas, cuenta con tina para relajarse aunque por cuestiones de tiempo no pudimos aprovecharla

Cons:

Lo que no me gusto es que moví una silla y estaba un resto de una galleta, es decir no hicieron perfecto la limpieza lo demás si estaba muy limpio, las camas estaban un poco duras pero las sábanas muy suavecitas y limpias, ademas espaciosas, lo que no me gusto es que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba muy bien hacia mucho ruido y no hay ventilación entonces llego un momento que me senti un poco sofocada

Great location but very noisy
Pros:

The location is great but the hotel is quite old and the rooms are dated. There were not enough towels and a couple of bulbs were out. There was some road construction going on outside our room and it went on all night long. It was extremely noisy. We asked the front lobby to change our room when we could not sleep and they said that they can not switch our room until next day. we had a very poor experience with the front lobby staff. The staff hardly spoke any English and was not very helpful.

El edificio del hotel en si es muy bonito, su lobby es hermoso, la ubicación excepcional.

Cons:

Las habitaciones son amplias pero sus muebles son tremendamente viejos. Les urge un cambio en el mobiliario y alfombras.
Su desayuno incluido es un sándwich con cafe que igual y para arrancar el día no está mal, como era muy temprano nosotros lo cambiamos por solo pan tostado y se tardaron como 40mts en llevarnos lo aun y cuando casi no había gente
