Ubicación excelente, a un paso de todo con muy buena conexión. Las instalaciones en general muy bien

El personal del desayuno muy poco amable. Estábamos con niños de 12 años y eso pareció molestarles, pero era general no eran amables.

Pros:

This is a very comfortable apart hotel. Rooms are spacious, beds comfortable and shower hot. A very good breakfast was included in the price. Best overall feature was the location, close to Trafalgar square and easy walking distance to do many of London's attractions. Would definitely stay here again and not hesitate to highly recommend.

Would not recommend.
Pros:

Location is 10/10

Cons:

Staff can’t be bothered to do anything. Customer service is practically nonexistent. Once you go pass the rather nice reception the facilities and rooms are neglected and worn out. Stayed there for 4 nights and not once did they clean the room.
