Falta de disponibilidade dos funcionårios quando, ao sermos deparados com gritos e batidas fortíssimas nas paredes por toda a noite, telefonamos para a recepção a perguntar se estaria tudo bem e ignoraram totalmente o nosso pedido

Great stay
Pros:

after previous experience with different room in Lisabon this was like blessing from heaven. Yes it is not new super modern hotel but it is clean, room is sufficiently big and location is great close to metro. Definitly good choice to come here

Cons:

I would like to have small fridge or minibar but we managed without it.
