Ubicación y limpieza perfectas!!!
Pros:

Me gustó todo, la ubicación es perfecta a un lado de la plaza del pilar, tienes de todo a mano. La amabilidad del chico de recepción, la limpieza del hotel, la habitación, las camas muy cómodas, todo super limpio y fresco con el aire acondicionado, era un día d muchísimo calor y se agradecía entrar en la habitación. Para mí todo fue perfecto y destacar que me sorprendieron con una felicitación y unos bombones porque era mi cumpleaños, no me lo esperaba, muchas gracias a todo el personal, volvería sin dudarlo.

Pros:

Hotel al lado de la Plaza del Pilar, con cafetería/restaurante. Habitaciones renovadas, de buen tamaño. Las camas son grandes y cómodas, y el baño grande. El personal de recepción y de cafetería muy amable y atento.

Comodidad y funcionalidad en pleno Pilar de Zaragoza.
Pros:

La ubicación es envidiable. Está muy limpio y es cómodo y funcional. El personal es muy atento y amable.

Cons:

No se puede regular el aire acondicionado desde la habitación, hay que avisar a recepción para que lo regulen. No obstante, el personal de recepción lo hace en cuanto se les pide.
