Great tucked away spot with simple amenities for reasonable price point
Pros:

Water in shower instantly hot, location central to lots of local activities, price point affordable.

Cons:

Elevator squeeze/groans when passing between 2nd and 3rd floor, and some one on my landing smoke weed heavy.

The parking on the weekends. The restaurant across the way takes up so many spaces that when I come back to the hotel at night, I have to wait to find a parking spot
