The air-conditioning wasn't working fast enough. I was hot and stuffy.
Everything....we were there for a birthday and we were put on the same floor as the Top terrace so it was great my young kids loved it and my mother.
Maybe the cleaning of the room came really late.
Buffet breakfast was excellent. It even included a gluten free section which I really appreciated.

The room advertised "a city view", however we were looking at the side of another building.
The room was nice and the bed was super comfy. I really liked that the vanity was outside of the bathroom so I could still get ready while my husband showered.
The rooms are missing balconies so there was no fresh air
