When we arrived there, the cleaners were cleaning some other rooms and they left dirty towels and sheet sets on the floor in front of the rooms and they made a terrible view for the hotel!
Just imagine when you enter the hotel, you stay for the first time and find dirty towels and sheet sets on the floor and smell bad !

It was okay
Pros:

They told us we have to pay for breakfast which is usually for the price we paid.

Cons:

TV didn't work most of the time.and threw was already set with previous customers was on and ringing in the middle of the night

Pros:

La passerelle donnant accès au parc aquatique est un gros plus.

Cons:

L'air climatisé est tout juste à côté de la tête du lit et est très très bruyante.
Aussi, on nous a offert de rehausser notre réservation en ajoutant le déjeuner pour 16,99$ par personne. Quand nous sommes arrivés au restaurant, nous avons été surpris de constater que ça donnait droit à trois différents déjeuners: 1) Oeuf, bacon et patate. 2) Deux pancakes avec saucisses. 3. Deux tranches de pain dorés avec bacon. Si nous n'avions pas pris ce rehaussement, nous aurions eu accès au menu pour enfant qui était beaucoup plus varié pour moins cher. Nos enfants étaient bien déçus.
Aussi, matelas du lit queen semble vieux. Il était impossible de dormir sur le côté du lit, tout le milieu renfonçait et ça nous y amenait.

Family friendly
Pros:

Close to the Waterpark, room had perfect sleeping arrangements for a family of 5. Close to the main road Clifton Ave. That had a lot of tourist attractions for the kids and walking distance to the American Falls and boat rides. Staff was helpful n friendly.

Cons:

Not the cleanest, 2 guests complained about rooms not being cleaned as I was checking in. Not their fault but a guest at 1am was screaming in their courtyard waking people up.
