The front desk agents in the morning were very nice, smiling professional. Parking good ocation

The night desk looked tired and unkept like she didn't want to be there no smile serious straight face not friendly or welcoming as a front desk agent. beds or not ideal for adults cheap mattress and bed frame and bed too soft, and flat sheets as fitted sheets for the bed? overall interior needs an upgrade old and outdated, has lots of potential great location. Great Location, but Cleanliness Needs Improvement
Pros:

The room was okay, and the location was very convenient with easy access to nearby attractions and amenities.

Cons:

Cleanliness was disappointing. The hotel hallways were not well maintained and did not appear to be cleaned regularly, which gave a poor first impression. Improving the cleanliness of the common areas would greatly enhance the overall guest experience.

The waterpark

Cons:

Door Key was not working for two days. Only one small microwave for the whole hotel. We had to queue to warm our food in this modern world. The discount voucher of $20 for $25 was a lie. The value was really $21 and had to pay extra for the breakfast. They should make it explicit that there is parking fee irrespective of where the car is parked. Jordan was helpful to get our key fixed and management confirmed that because there was no formal complaint by me to them I was only given a day parking off.

We did not purchase the breakfast

Cons:

Many hidden fees, the carpet leading to 1610 is absolutely disgusting. You had to really hunt down the fine print about the water park fee. I assumed if you stayed there it included thee water park which it does not. Once you buy the water park they it's only for 1 and a half days.

Les lits terrible, j'ai eu l impression de dormir sur les ressorts du matelas. La chambre un odeurs fort à humidité.

Très très chère. Sur booking indiqué 350$ et a la fin m'ont chargé 640$
À 11h exactement une madame est venue nous frapper à la porte qu'il fallait partir avec un ton sec..

Lot of noise, the time we were there, people was knocking, hitting the door and window for no reason, lot of people running all around. My family and I decided to leave early than expected
