Pros:

We just mostly slept there and the beds were great. We like the courtyard layout and used the extra seating there to play cards.

Cons:

More pillows. Having the breakfast open before 8 am. We couldn't find anyone to help us with the breakfast information. We thought the parking was included so we were surprised to have to pay for that. Please indicate on the booking information that the parking is not free.

Aside from the location, I wasn't satisfied; a place like this needs better service and presentation.
Pros:

I liked the location.

Cons:

The cleaning wasn't good; the sheets needed changing every day, the door cards were difficult to open, and there could be more activities in the garden. I had requested a crib for my 2-year-old before leaving, but it wasn't brought to the room.

Pros:

The water park passes were offered as a package. Perkins was within the hotel. Clifton hill, casino and the falls were all within walking distance.

Cons:

Slow elevators, room had no exterior view, hallways conditions looked outdated, limited parking.

Im not happy
Pros:

The only think I like it is closed to the kids place

Horrible. Water park was the best part. Nothing was done that I asked before coming and nothing

Cons:

The staff took forever to do anything. Elevators didn't work. Don't get towels for the water parks. No direction how to get them. Don't do the door for my daughter's 9 bday that I called ahead about. And the hotel called the staff twice for it. And nothing.

I like that its pretty quiet

Cons:

I didnt like that it states free cot and then when i asked for one, they said i would have to pay per night for it. There isnt much offered from this hotel, as in food. I didnt find that there was enough blankets on bed, they were thin.
