Excellent Weekendstay in the middle of the City
Pros:

Very good location 50m next to Moulin Rouge & Metro. Despite being in a busy area and having a bar/restaurant in the building, it was very quiet at night thanks to the good soundproofing. Spacious room & bathroom with excellent water pressure and drains that work properly (which isn't always the case...) Very friendly staff.

Cons:

The room had carpeted floors, which is a bit unhygienic. Cleanliness and the state of maintenance are rather ‘lax’ in one or two places. The room was very dark due to the black-painted walls. With the exception of the really large room, the hotel’s overall layout felt a bit cramped.

Worst hotel experiece of my life
Pros:

Early check-in
Bed was comfortable

Cons:

1. Other guests doors kept banging very loudly all afternoon and evening, preventing me from sleeping.
2. There was no TV remote in the room, I called reception and they did not offer any solution, I could not watch TV
3. There was no coffee maker in the room, despite the booking site specifying that there was.
4. There were blood stains on the bedding sheets, I have shared pictues with reception who did not offer any solution
5. The quality of the tissues and toilet paper was extremly poor and uncomfortable. I've had better TP in India hostels
6. I had a future booking for next Saturday June 13th, I cancelled it and booked another hotel

Pros:

Super Lage, tolle Zimmer, nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück.

Cons:

Leider konnten wir unseren Duschkopf nicht einhängen, da die Halterung dafür fehlte. Frisches Obst beim Frühstück wäre toll.

Lage, Lage, Lage!
Pros:

Die Lage ist absolut Top für einen Besuch des Moulin Rouge (150m). Unser Zimmer hatte einen Balkon mit Blick auf den Eifelturm. Metro sehr nahe.

Cons:

Die sehr laut knallend Zimmertüren.
Das Frühstück war ok, mehr aber nicht.

Price value and location are good. Not 4 Star Hotel comfort niveau

Cons:

Small rooms, despite being told that we can have the room with Eifel tower view (costs 30€ more per night, we said ok) as we arrived was not possible. They told us after two days we can change it(we booked for 4 days).

Çok merkezi, ulaşım çok rahat. Metroya Etrafta çok fazla restoran ve bar var.

Çok sevilmeyecek bir yan yok. Oda nispeten küçüktü ve balkonu yoktu. Paristeki pek çok otel böyle zaten.

Bydleli jsme v apartmánu superior-7.patro s úžasným výhledem na Paříž. Od Sacre Coeur po Eiffel Tower. Dvoupatrový apartmán s terasou, velkou jidelnou, koupelnou s vanou i sprchou, odděleným WC, pěknou ložnicí a šatnou

Někomu nemusí vyhovovat erotické podniky v bezprostředním okolí hotelu (vedlejší vchod). Snídaně by mohly být pestřejší…
