Nada a apontar
La posizione è eccezionale, letteralmente a due passi dal Fishmarket. Facilmente raggiungibile anche con i mezzi pubblici, non ci credo ci possa essere un posto più comodo se si vuole stare in centro a Bergen.
La colazione è varia, sia per il dolce che per il salato; il Wi-Fi uno dei migliori che io abbia trovato in giro per il mondo, però in Norvegia un ottimo Wi-Fi è molto frequente.
Il prezzo è adeguato, noi eravamo in due senza auto quindi non ho potuto provare il parcheggio (che c'è, se non ho capito male).
La nostra stanza era non grandissima ma aveva un'ottima scrivania, un televisore con la presa HDMI molto comoda e questo è stato molto utile.
La procedura di check-in è decisamente migliorabile. L'hotel dovrebbe avere tutti i dati degli ospiti e invece ci hanno obbligato a compilare un modulo a mano.
I banchi (e le persone) disponibili sono solo due, che si occupano anche di altro.
Ci hanno chiesto con quale frequenza volessimo la pulizia della stanza, ma non c'è alcun vantaggio (se non per l'ecologia) ad accettare un giorno ogni due invece che ogni giorno.
Noi siamo stati fortunati e abbiamo aspettato solo qualche minuto che l'impiegata finisse la telefonata, ma pooc dopo di noi è arrivata una quantità di ospiti che ha impiegato molto tempo per essere servita.
Forse un'accoglienza più strutturata sarebbe stata più efficiente.
La nostra camera era una doppia, il bagno ha la doccia grande ed è grande a sua volta, però mancava (non era dimenticato, mancava proprio) un tappeto. E gli asciugamani del corpo potrebbero essere più grandi.
Infine, ci sarebbe piaciuto avere qualche ripiano in più per i vestiti di due persone, perché abbiamo dovuto tenere una delle due valigie aperta in stanza.
Infine, il giorno del check-out, la colazione che inizia alle 7.30 (tardi) ti impedisce di mangiare da loro se hai il volo presto. Anche in questo caso non c'è rimborso. Se scendi alle 7.15 ti possono dare un contenitore per l'asporto, però aggiungerlo alle valigie che ti porti dietro è un po' scomodo (e comunque è tardi per il volo delle 9.30, considerato che il viaggio per l'aeroporto può durare almeno 20 minuti di auto o 45 di tram urbano).
La ubicacion
Nos pusieron en una habitación (335) que daba a un patio interior (esto ya lo sabíamos, viene especificado en la descripción de la habitación) pero lo malo era que estábamos justo al lado de un extractor, el cual se escuchaba constantemente, era como un ruido de un motor constantemente, a parte el termostato de la habitación no dejaba subir la temperatura mas de 19,5 grados, y se notaba fría.

Ubicación INMEJORABLE. Totalmente en el centro, y muchos tours que parten muy temprano salen cruzando la calle! Buen desayuno, completo. Piezas muy espaciosas.
Podría estar algo más limpio pero la ubicación lo compensa. El horario del desayuno debería ser desde más temprano dado que muchos tours parten muy temprano. Tomé desayuno corriendo para poder salir a los tours y después para tomar el tren a Oslo.
