Great location and nice room and lovely staff
The intermittent loud rattling noise which went on through the night waking us up then keeping us awake. Either plumbing or air conditioning needs sorting. Unbelievably loud and ruined our sleeping

We had a room on 10th floor with beautiful view overlooking the water. Easy walk to the fizzier section of town. Comfortable bed and very clean.

Nowhere to dry rain soaked clothes in the rainiest city in Europe!
It was close to everything. Many restaurants surrounding the hotel. The bedroom was ok and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was varied and filling.
Its a hotel with a high turnover. The staff didnt have enough time to welcome guests therefore became forgetful. We asked for the room to be cleaned but they forgot the second day. I ordered a breakfast to take away because the kitchen doesnt open at the weekend until 7.30.
So if you are taking a boat at 8.00 it would be tight. The réception staff do not know what is in the breakfast bag so there was confusion. And the bag was very mediocore for two people.
But in fact the kitchen was open at 7am... so stress for nothing. We could have had a normal breakfast and be in time for the boat.
Breakfast was excellent. Great choice of hot and cold foods. Bacon, eggs, salmon, wide variety of cheeses, cold cuts, fruits. Juices, water, coffee and wide choice of teas. There was yogurt and lots of nuts, dried fruits and cereals.
Nothing. The location was perfect, close to Bryggen and less than a minute from airport bus stop at Torget.

La habitación podria haber sido mas amplia y mejor organizada, para el precio que pagamos.
