Delusione a Bergen

Posizione eccellente per ogni spostamento

Cons:

Il servizio di pulizia della camera è risultato carente.. la poltrona era macchiata sulla seduta e non mi è stato possibile sedermi. Inoltre il servizio di breakfast package è stato assolutamente una delusione con 3 biscotti e due gallette malamente buttate in un sacchetto di carta

Rooms are tiny.
At checkin, I was told I got "upgraded" to a room with a view. I was not told it was located right at the dinning room (in fact, you can only access the room by going through the dinning room) and that it was literally "on the street" so big windows are actually a disadvantaged. When I asked for different room, I got a tiny room which was clearly one of the smallest I have ever seen.
Since I originally paid extra for a larger room, I asked to be moved one more time. This time, we got a decent room size, which we were supposed to get from the start, if there was no "upgrade".

Great Breakfast, Too hot room.

Excellent Breakfast, central location.

Cons:

The room was too hot. You can not put the temperature down, the thermostat in my room did not work. I asked the desk reception about it, they told me they could not change my room temperature, they said they were sorry..but the room was really hot.. I also could not open the windows (for some fresh air)..there were pigeons outside the window.
