This is my favorite place to stay in Corner Brook.

Probably would try another newer hotel in the future.
Pros:

We really only stayed overnight so didn't have much time at the hotel. Room was huge. Proximity to the trail around the pond.

Cons:

Found the hotel dark and dated. Had to go around the back to get to a ramp to bring the luggage in. Stairs at the front prevented us from doing this.

A step back in Time
Pros:

This hotel had a great deal of history. It was also in a nice area surrounded by greenery. It wasn't far from the Cornerbrook sign.

Cons:

It was a bit difficult to find things inside the hotel, not well signed.

Pros:

I love the feel you get from this older building. Reminds me of times past. Everything was functional and clean. The rooms are also quite spacious compared to modern hotels.

Cons:

Was a bit hard to find. Gps sends you in a different way then you expect but it get you close.

Pros:

I loved the older style and feel of the building.

Cons:

Was a bit hard to find and the one way streets take you in a different direction. But i also like how it is nestled in once you get there.

Great experience!
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent. Particularly the service was excellent, friendly, efficient and treated everyone around with professionalism. Serving with a smile really makes a difference.

It was very quiet and clean. Staff were welcoming. The room was well equipped and very spacious

Cons:

It is an older property so the aesthetic and fixtures are a little dated.
