Great hotel in an awesome location with great staff.
Pros:

We live the location. It was in a great location to walk everywhere. The room was large and very clean. The staff were great as well.

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend und sehr zentral. Das Zimmer war sauber und das Personal war jederzeit freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer ist renovierungsbedürftig. Die Spülung der Toilette funktionierte nicht zuverlässig und nach dem Duschen stand regelmäßig Wasser im gesamten Bad. Das Frühstück hat uns ebenfalls nicht überzeugt. In der direkten Umgebung gibt es zahlreiche Frühstücks- und Brunchlokale, die qualitativ besser sind und ein besseres Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis bieten.

Die Lage und die Ruhe im Hotel waren optimal! Die Damen beim Checkin sehr aufmerksam und freundlich.

Cons:

Die Tuecher im Bad wurden taeglich gewechselt, auch wenn wir die Umwelt schonen wollten. Das war schadenfreude.

Our tv was broken and we reported it but it was never fixed; also we were unable to access the parking lady to get our parking discounted so had to pay full money

Beautiful Hotel in centre of the Old Town.
Pros:

This is a beautiful hotel right in the centre of the old town. It is in an old building with a stunning staircase. Spotless hotel and we also got a room upgrade. I cannot fault this hotel and the staff were excellent too. I would recommend and stay again if visiting Valencia.
