3 jours en semaines à Valence, belle ville, hôtel "standard"
Pros:

Le gros avantage de l'hôtel est sa situation, proche du centre ! En second vient le personnel, aimable, souriant, aidant... Même les femmes de ménages sont souriantes et vous saluent ! C'est très agréable ! Le reste, c'est juste "normal" pour un 4*, ou en-dessous de ce qu'on pourrait en attendre.

Cons:

Principalement, la chambre était trop petite pour un 4*. Mais bon... Comme on passait la plupart du temps en visite, ce n'est pas très grave !
Conernant le confort des lits, je suis mitigé. Moi, je ne les ai pas trouvé très confortable, en-dessous des attentes pour un 4*, mais ma conjointe les a trouvé très confortables.
Avant de réserver, nous avons lu beaucoup de commentaires concernant la moquette dans le couloirs, Et cest vrai qu'elle est dans un état désastreux, digne d'un film d'horreur ! Mais je dois avouer que ça ne nous dérangeait pas.
Ensuite, il y a eu plein de détails qui, pris isolement, n'auraient pas du tout été dérangeants, mais cumulés, en font un hôtel qui ne mérite pas ses 4*. Au mieux, un bon 3*.
J'ai voulu mettre un 7. Mais l'évaluation disait "bien". J'ai alors descendu à 6, "standard". ça illustre mieux mon ressenti. J'ai passé un bon séjour. L'hôtel ne me l'a pas gâché, loin de là. Mais j'attendais plus d'un 4*, j'espérais un séjour exceptionnel. Finalement, si j'avais pris un 3* standard, j'aurais tout autant profité du séjour.

De ligging van hotel was super! Zeer comfortabele bedden, poetsdienst was prima, personeel zeer vriendelijk!

De kamer was comfortabele en mooi, maar zoals gewoonlijk, kleiner dan op de foto's. De gebruikerssporen op de kamer (strepen op de muur, douche met vochtplekken) stoorden ons wel wat. We keken ook op een muur, wat de kamer redelijk donker maakte...

Cons:

Trafiliśmy pokój na poddaszu. Trochę ciemno było w pokoju, przez małe okna. Z pewnością pokoje na niższych piętrach byłyby wygodniejsze. warto przyjrzeć się podłodze, bo można się nadziać stopą na ostre krawędzie.
