La ubicación del hotel era excelente para explorar Berlin. El desayuno también estaba muy bien
La climatización del hotel no está preparada para días de calor, hacía 27-28º en Berlin y en la habitación no podías tener menos de 24, lo que hacía que se sintiera muy cargada y para un hotel de esta categoría y precio es un gran fallo

Die Lage, das Personal, die Zimmer und die Sauberkeit sind super.
Das Frühstück sehr, sehr gut.
Alles in allem super schön und sehr angenehm.
Eigentlich ist nichts negativ gewesen. Da es keine Parkplätze gibt, wäre ein Parkservice und ein Fahrzeug Waschservice super.
Preis war wohl wegen dem DFB Pokal deutlich erhöht.

Geen airco op de kamer. Als de zon er op staat is het 25 graden en kan alleen afkoelen als je de ramen openzet. Met als gevolg het geluid van de straat waardoor je slecht slaapt.

Clean great location and kind staff
No complimentary water only the first day which makes no sense because we pay daily rate not a fixed rate so why is the complimentary water only given the first day
Das Hotel hat eine recht ruhige Lage, ein sehr schönes Design und eine sehr private Atmosphäre. Das Frühstück in sehr angenehmen Ambiente war sehr gut, samt ungewöhnlich nettem Service ( Herr Peter )
Der Kaffee in der Minibar und eine Flasche Wasser pro Tag könnten complimentary sein. Das kann man in einem Hotel dieser Klasse durchaus erwarten.
My wife and I had a quick 48 hours in Berlin in May 2026, and we had a really great experience at Hotel Luc. We were on a two-week trip through Germany and Austria, so our time was limited, but HL was a really great spot for us. I'm a Lifetime Titanium member on Marriott Bonvoy and used my upgrades to secure a Junior Suite. We had a great view of the Gendarmenmarkt square and TV Tower from our room, so we were in a great location. The room was spacious and, while the bed was a bit hard from my wife's perspective (a common assessment), it was high quality and worked well for us. The artistic/modern feel of the whole place made it one of the better Autograph Collection properties. We ate breakfast there every morning, standard for most of the better European Marriott properties, and the bar/restaurant had a good menu. The gym was a good size for most Euro properties with newer equipment that was well maintained. The hotel has bikes to rent, which is a nice perk for the city. No issues with noise or cleanliness to note and all staff were very gracious to us the entire time. I would definitely recommend and return here.
Picky travelers loved the Hotel Luc. Great central location, beautiful property, clean and modern. Service was wonderful. Enjoyed lunch and breakfast at the Heritage restaurant. Loved the fact that the windows open for real air! Very reasonable price. Highly recommend!

Ruhiges aber zentral gelegenes Hotel mit gehobener Ausstattung und durchdacht gestalteten Zimmern. Insbesondere der Balkon mit Blick auf den Dom sowie Fernsehturm war ein Highlight
