Estancia perfecta en Berlín
Pros:

Nuestra experiencia en el Hotel Luc ha sido excelente. La ubicación es perfecta para visitar Berlín y el trato de todo el personal fue impecable en todo momento.

La habitación era muy cómoda y cuidada, aunque algo justa de tamaño. Como detalle especialmente destacable, durante nuestra estancia era el cumpleaños de mi esposa y el hotel tuvo la amabilidad de prepararle una sorpresa. Fue un gesto que agradecimos muchísimo y que demuestra la atención y el cuidado que tienen con sus huéspedes.

Sin duda, volveríamos a alojarnos aquí.

Cons:

Habitación un poco justa de tamaño y los cojines no eran muy cómodos (nosotros tampoco pedimos si tenían alternativas).

Perfect location with great facility and greater staff
Pros:

The room was perfect. The location in the center of Berlin could not have been better...easy walk to essentially everything we wanted to see. I want to give special mention to Ben (I think that was his name) at the front desk. We had just flewn overnight and arrived at the hotel at 9:30 am. Although our room wasn't yet available, he arranged for us to have a complimentary breakfast and then texted me when our room was available a couple of hours later. Everyone at the front desk was exceptionally nice and helpful, but Ben went over and above to help us.

Königliches Wohnen mitten in Berlin. Hipp und traditionell zugleich.

Ein in sich sehr stimmiges Konzept. Man ist wie in einer eigenen Welt.

Cons:

Der Service beim Frühstück hat während unseres Aufenthaltes nicht das Niveau gehalten, das ansonsten vermittelt wurde. Da hat es überall immer ein wenig gefehlt. Die Qualität der Speisen, das hier und da nicht nachgefüllte Buffet, benutztes Geschirr auf den Tischen, Management der Kaffeemaschinen.

Insgesamt ein sehr angenehmer und komfortabler Aufenthalt.
Pros:

Das Frühstück war hervorragend, das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und mit vielen nützlichen Extras wie Bügelbrett und Bügeleisen und Regenschirm ausgestattet (natürlich auch einem Fön) und die Aussicht auf den Gendarmenmarkt sehr sehr schön und die Dusche schön groß.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war ein bisschen beengt, die gemeinsame Bettdecke ein bisschen nervig und leider konnte man morgens durch die Fenster den Verkehr hören und die Vorhänge waren nicht vollkommen dunkel. Alles insgesamt waren aber Kleinigkeiten, denn ich habe immer eine Schlafmaske und Ohrstöpsel dabei.

Quelques jours magiques au coeur d'une ville si chargée d'histoire ! A refaire !

La localisation idéale, le service de qualité, le confort de la chambre et SURTOUT le petit déjeuner exceptionnel! Si je reviens à Berlin, c'est dans cet hôtel que je logerais à nouveau, c'est certain !

Pros:

Location is excellent, staff are very helpful and pleasant, lovely view with balcony, pleasant fitness centre, light, airy and decently equipped, bed and pillows very comfortable.

Cons:

Photographs of women on the landing, in the bathroom and in the room were weird and creepy. Breakfast was expensive, whether it was included in booking or as an extra, especially as there are some nice cafés with good coffee and croissant only a 2-minute walk round the corner.

Très bel hôtel, idéalement situé, avec une magnifique chambre, une propreté irréprochable
Pros:

Très belle expérience au Hotel Luc, Autograph Collection, où je séjourne pour la troisième fois avec toujours autant de plaisir.

La chambre est magnifique, très propre et confortable, et l’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal. Le personnel est également particulièrement aimable et attentionné.

Malgré ces quelques remarques, je recommande vivement cet établissement. C’est la troisième fois que j’y séjourne et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir.

Cons:

Quelques points pourraient toutefois être améliorés. Deux bouteilles d’eau pour l’ensemble du séjour, c’est assez peu, surtout lorsqu’il fait très chaud. Dans la salle de bains, il manque également quelques produits ou accessoires de base ; seul un petit nécessaire de couture était à disposition.

Le petit déjeuner, bien que très bon et de qualité, est facturé 38 € par personne, ce qui me paraît excessif. Une réduction à 28 € m’avait été annoncée par e-mail, un tarif déjà beaucoup plus raisonnable, mais cette réduction ne s’appliquait qu’à condition de prendre le petit déjeuner pendant l’ensemble du séjour. Cette condition était malheureusement peu visible dans le message.

Excellent choice
Pros:

The quality of the hotel and the services provided were part of an extremely pleasant stay in Berlin. The hotel is located in the city center (Mitte), on an extremely quiet street—more of a pedestrian zone—from which many museums and other cultural and tourist attractions are within walking distance. The famous Unter den Linden is about a 5-minute walk away. The cleanliness is impeccable, the breakfast is varied and caters to every guest’s taste, and the staff is friendly and always smiling. Upon arrival and departure, we received a box of candies and macarons from the hotel management in our room.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi was a bit patchy for about two evenings. In addition to the "Silence" door hanger, available in the room, it also would be useful to have one "Please clean the room" door hanger, for greater clarity:)
