A wonderful week in Berlin.
Pros:

Wonderful hotel. We spent a week in Berlin and Hotel Luc was perfect. I was in the middle of everything. Most of the major tourist resorts are within walking distance. If you need a train they are all within 3 blocks. Everything about the hotel was first class-the staff, the location, the food and the room. If you want to spend time in Berlin, this is where you should stay.

Hotel Luc Berlin - Terrible
Pros:

The hotel is terrible do not go here as much better hotels in Berlin. The staff in the hotel were rude and the room was so small that just a bed would fit in it. I booked the hotel because of the misleading website and when I got there saw the room was so small and dingy. I told them I wanted to leave if they could not give me a better room which they refused. I left and they tried to charge my card for the night even when they could not offer me a suitable accommodation. I stay in marriot Bonvoy hotels a few days each month and have never see anything so bad.

Exceptional Hotel and Great Value
Pros:

Hotel Luc is listed as an exceptional hotel, and I completely agree!
The location is wonderful and within walking distance of all the major attractions, restaurants, shopping centers, and stores, with several public transportation options nearby.
The hotel looks exactly like the pictures. Nicely decorated, Our room was spacious, and spotlessly clean. There was also a great Nespresso machine in the room.
We had dinner at the hotel restaurant food and services were really good. In our opinion, they serve the best Schnitzel we had in Berlin!
At the front desk provided us with excellent service, specially Angelina who was always eager to accommodate us and help out.
I highly recommend this hotel.

מיקום פצצה, אווירה מאוד נעימה באזור וקורב לתחבורה ציבורית.
המלון עצמו מעוצב ויפיפה, המיטה נוחה, מקלחת מפנקת בטירוף.
יש שולחן מאוד נוח לעבודה עם הלפטופ והאינטרנט היה סבבה לגמרי.
הצוות היה פשוט מושלם ונעים מאוד גם בקבלה וגם בצ'ק אאוט, אישרו לנו צ'ק אאוט מאוחר בגלל דחיית הטיסה לשעות הערב.

Absolutely the Best
Pros:

A friend and I traveled to Berlin for 4 days and stayed at the Hotel Luc. It was one of the nicest hotel stays I’ve had in Europe. Our Junior Suite was outstanding—large, incredibly clean and with an extra 1/2 bath! The staff were welcoming, the cocktails and food were delicious and the location can’t be beat. If I return to Berlin, I will certainly stay there again.

Lovely hotel. Very modern. Great rooms and fab breakfast.

Cons:

Air-con very patchy. We had two rooms booked. In one room the AC was great. In our room it barely worked (wouldn't get below 25). These things happen but I do wish the staff were honest about it rather than keep suggesting it could be fixed.

Beautiful, Stylish Hotel.
Pros:

Beautiful stylish hotel in a great location for exploring Berlin. From the moment we checked in our experience was perfect, the guy was so helpful as we had arrived earlier than the regular check in time. He offered us a drink and then informed us that we could have a junior room which was ready on the 4th floor. The room overlooked a lovely square and was spacious and super clean. The bed was huge & very comfy, we both slept really well. Their breakfast was so good, everything you need on the excellent quality buffet and a menu to order extras. All the staff we encountered were very friendly & helpful. If we visit Berlin again I wouldn’t stay anywhere else ! Highly recommend.
