Struttura accogliente, staff gentilissimo.
Buona colazione
Staff that welcomed us was very nice and friendly though the one that checked us out was a different story (a bit rude)
We didn’t have breakfast as we had plenary of places were to go, specifically the one that’s infringed of Aldi (a block away from the hotel, just around Zara)
Money wise, I think we paid too much, there were concerts on that weekend and the Pope was arriving the following weekend.
They clean our room every day which was very nice cos we had our baby with us so the bin needed to be changed every day.
Bed was comfortable
Bedroom is small, breakfast was quite simple

La ubicación es excelente. A distancia cómoda caminando a la Gran vía, Palacio real y plaza mayor. A 15’ de Atocha en taxi o Uber.
El check in y out fueron muy rápidos y la atención del personal es super amable.
Las habitaciones son cómodas. Las camas tambien!

the first night we stay there music outside did not stop till almost one o'clock in the morning
