Hotel średniej jakości, nie zasługuje na 5 gwiazdekk
Pros:

bardzo dobre położenie, kilka minut do zoo i do KaDeWe.

Cons:

Zostaliśmy zakwaterowani w drugiej cześci hotelu za spa, do której trzeba bylo jechać 2 windami. fatalnie położone pokoje, zużyte i wymagające odświeżenia.

Pros:

Staff were very nice and location was great. Bar was great.

Cons:

Had no safe for the entire stay we raised it 4 times and it was never fixed. Also the kettle was faulty and asked for it to be changed which never happened.

Heel fijn mooi hotel en verblijf om Berlijn te bezoeken
Pros:

Zeer mooi hotel tegenover de dierentuin, met fijne kamer en zeer prettige badkamer..
De ligging vlakbij shopping center is ook heel handig.

Cons:

De sauna is klein druk en de douche om af te koelen werkte niet
