Syf i brud. Ten sam kubek po lodach leżący przez 3 dni na klatce schodowej. Nawet po zwróceniu uwagi obsłudze dalej tam pozostał. Poza tym nasz pokój znajdował się w jakiejś dalekiej części hotelu, do której szło sie dwiema windami i wilgotnym, podziemnym korytarzem przy basenach. Zdecydowanie nie warto.

Cons:

Die Tiefgarage ist extrem eng, große Fahrzeuge sollten diese unbedingt meiden. Kleinere Mängel (z.B. Flecken im Badezimmer) sollten behoben werden

Nice stay in a pleasant area in Berlin.
Pros:

Hotel is a good option not far from Berlin downtown. It is very beautiful, very clean, and affordable. Room was very comfortable, and room amenities are really good quality ones. We could not enjoy the other facilities, and we did not take the breakfast. It is not far from downtown and next to the Zoo and Tiergarten. It is possible to walk to Berlin Philharmonie.

Cons:

For public transportation there is a 5-min walk bus stop only and subway/train is bit further. Not to dislike, but consider that on your stay and moving.

Location was perfect for my business meeting and is well connected with public transport. Room was spacious and clean and SPA zone extraordinary.

Cons:

The hotel does not use stainless steel containers that keep food warm during breakfast. I wasn't thrilled with the fried eggs and ham with hardened edges.
