Etwas abgewohntes Zimmer mit Schimmel im Bad. Sonst alles top. Preis-Leistung daher mittelmäßig

Zentral gelegenes Hotel mit hohem Standard
Pros:

Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit einem tollen Blick auf den Zoo und, großartig bei den Temperaturen an unserem Wochenende, eine funktionierende Klimaanlage. Trotz zentraler Lage absolut ruhig im Zimmer.
Das Frühstück war sehr gut, es blieben für uns keine Wünsche offen.

Cons:

Die Parkgebühren im Hotel sind mit 39 Euro unglaublich hoch, da lohnt es sich auf jeden Fall, einmal um die Ecke zu fahren und sein Auto in einem der öffentlichen Parkhäuser abzustellen.
Das Personal war freundlich, wirkte aber eigentümlich desinteressiert auf mich.

Très bon hotel mais un peu loin finalement.
Pros:

Petit déjeuner classique allemand (sucré / salé). Très bien, rien à dire de plus.
Les chambres sont propres et bien entretenues, la literie est bonne, les lits sont grands (1m80 ou 2m de large !). Le personnel de ménage est repassé dans l'après midi après leur heure maxi de passage (merci !)

Cons:

Mauvaise communication entre ma demande validée par mail sur booking (ajouter un voyageur) et mon arrivée. De plus, la chambre n'était pas disponible à 14h comme demandé ("selon disponibilité", dans ce cas, dites simplement non). A cela s'ajoute le vendredi soir du bruit la nuit sur la rue avec un événement le vendredi soir.

Pros:

Die Kopfkissen waren hervorragend.

Cons:

Die Sauberkeit im Bad, im Duschbereich Schimmel. Teppich ist weg in die Jahre gekommen. Das WLAN war eine Katastrophe

Cons:

Schwefelwasserstoff Gerüche im ganzen Haus, Schimmel in den Duschfugen. Defekter Pool. Insgesamt sehr in die Jahre gekommen.

Great location, great staff.

Cons:

For such a high end hotel, surprised to find mold in the shower. There’s no way to let the bathroom breathe either so it’s always way too steamy.

A good base for seeing Berlin.
Pros:

Es hat uns wieder gut gefallen in diesem Hotel.
Pros:

Wir sind zum wiederholten Male gerne wieder hier untergekommen

Cons:

Auch ein gutes Hotel kommt mal in die Jahre. Die Polsterung am Kopfteil des Bettes könnte mal erneuert werden und der Schimmel aus den Fugen in der Dusche gehört entfernt, bzw. das Silikon erneuert.

Alles was ok, behalve de penetrante geur.
Pros:

Sauna en zwembad waren super.

Cons:

Er hing een slecht lucht in het hele hotel. Voor mij gevoel rioollucht gemixt met parfum. In de kamer hing ook een muf geurtje. Een beetje alsof er een kat heeft geplast.

Never would I again stay there
Pros:

The Lobby was impressive and the breakfast was good

Cons:

The room was freezing cold with 2 small blankets for single person. The room was outdated, I didn’t have a bath as described when booking. The staff was very unhelpful about the temperature in my room I was shaking from cold all night
