Pros:

Frühstück war sehr gut, eine etwas ältere Kollegin beim Frühstück war top.
Die Betten sehr gut. Zimmer waren ruhig, Ausstattung alles ansich vorhanden.
Lage

Cons:

Sauberkeit im Zimmer war leider nicht gut, selbst bei der gewünschten Nachbesserung wurde nicht alles korrigiert. Ausstattung war ansich gut, aber hatte mehrere Beschädigungen. Dusche hatte viele schwarze Flecken. Handseife extra verpackt, alles andere war in einer Refill-Flasche. Warum die nicht auch?
Das Personal am FO konnte leider nicht überzeugen, keine ordentlichen Begrüßung, keine Informationen beim Check-In erhalten, beim Check-out wurde leider nicht nach dem Aufenthalt gefragt, nicht verabschiedet, nur "von meiner Seite ist alles erledigt". Bei der Beschwerde über die Sauberkeit wurde leider nicht richtig zu gehört, es wurde sich zwar entschuldigt, aber es wirkte leider so, als ob man einen schnell weg haben möchte.

Die Lage, das Vorhandensein des Parkhauses, der Pool, das tolle Frühstück

Cons:

Die schwarzen Fliesenfugen sind nicht schön, das Parkhaus sehr teuer und sehr eng.
Die Zimmer sind genausoschön wie in einem 4 Sterne Hotel.
