The area and the staff
The room 308 next to a door that banged all day and night and smelled of toilets it was unpleasant and if we were there longer we could not have stayed in that room.
The decorative cushions were stained and horrible

There was no air con only fans available. The property advertises that it has air con but it was not working at all during our stay in an orange warning heat wave and we were supplied with a second fan with minimal affect

Lovely tranquil hotel in a perfect location close to Paddington. Rooms were small but well appointed, and the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful.

Smell of sewage, alarm going off at night, AC was not cold enough despite it being 16C, dust. Unfortunately, despite complaining about the smell, our room was not changed but at least, the cleaners hid the smell by adding diffusers.

The location was excellent and very convenient. The staff were friendly, and the check-in and check-out process was smooth.
The cleanliness did not meet my expectations. The bathroom and some areas of the room needed better cleaning. I also noticed that housekeeping could have paid more attention to detail.

Exceptional service by Ms. Shifa and Ms. Telvina at the reception desk. They were extremely pleasant and could help us with all queries about the area etc. Very conveniently located from Hyde Park and Paddington station, all within 5 -10 minutes walking distance
