Superb resort- we will definitely be back.
Pros:

The entire resort was beautiful. The three bedroom air conditioned apartment we had was perfect for us. The buffet breakfast had everything you could want and so much selection. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating. The rooms were serviced daily with the floors cleaned daily. The transport shuttle buses around the resort were very useful especially after going out to one of the many restaurants at night. The Japanese and the Italian restaurants had very good food.

Cons:

Calls to reception were slow to get through. The waiting time to get a booked Shuttle bus was sometimes long so order well in advance. I personally felt that in some of the restaurants the food was just ok and did not always offer value for the prices charged. My adult children would have liked designated family/children and adult areas especially at breakfast time and at the pools.

Waste of money, place is old and needs work! Service not 5 stars at all.

Cons:

The flats are very old and need work.
Service was very poor and not attentive.
Rooms were poorly cleaned and lack maintanance. For €2000 a night could do better and will go elsewhere next time!

Cons:

Pool area could have been bigger with somewhere for adults with teens. Too many screaming children in a small space.
Sunbed saving despite the sign telling people not to.

Beautiful place , outstanding sports facilities and trainers ( especially Pilates and Padel) . We will be back !

Beautiful location , nearly all the staff were charming and super-helpful. Excellent food.

Cons:

The dinner reservation system failed repeatedly - not sure why bookings by reception staff seemed not to ‘stick’ but we were lucky they weren’t too busy and we could still get a table.

Not my idea of 5*
Pros:

I wouldn’t say this is a 5* hotel. I mean, each to their own it depends what your looking for but in my opinion is a 4*
The grounds are kept extremely well but the hotel is so so busy, AC in rooms naff, rooms are ok, clean but pretty basic with horrible views of the car park. Most of the staff are rude, and food is extremely average and expensive for what you get.
Pools owner crowed and loungers are naff.
Would I stay again? Nope

Imperdível.
Pros:

Local excelente, hotel lindo, gigante, vários restaurantes, piscinas, tudo lindo, muito bem cuidado. Funcionários nota 1.000.000! Especialmente o Vitor do bar da praia que serviu muito bem a gente!!

Pros:

Mi è piaciuto molto i giardini e la grande quantità di spazi verdi, bem come la qualità dell'appartamento, era molto spazioso e decorato in modo armonioso con la regione, il staf del ristorante e diversi servizi del hotel era molto simpatico e bene intenzionato con i bambini e la qualità della colazione molto buona

Come albergo per famiglie mi è deluso um per quanto riguarda l'infrastruttura, parco giochi di bassa qualità, non c'era una altalena degna e poi nei Kidsclub tutto si paga, compreso organizzano sessioni fotografiche con animali etc per vendere delle foto a 15 euro ognuna... Si vedono arance dell'Algarve in vendita ovunque ma il succo d'arancia alla colazione non è una spremuta fresca. E per último peccato che non ci sia una passegiata lungo il campo di golfe lato spiaggia che permette di fare il giro? La strada è sbarrata evocando raggioni di sicurezza ma i buggy e i golfisti passano di lì?!
