Pros:

A qualidade geral do Resort. Os interiores bem decoradores e com arranjos de flores muito bonitos e bem feitos.
Os quartos bem equipados e com mobília de boa qualidade. De realçar o conforto da cama e a superior qualidade da roupa de cama.
Staff prestável e competente.
Os jardins e exteriores muito bem projetados.
Em resumo. Um verdadeiro resort de 5*

A disappointing return visit - a resort that lacks personal touch and is overpriced.
Pros:

The property is vast with lots of additional activities, restaurants and bars. There are opportunities but all at high additional costs. Waiting staff try very hard and are friendly, despite how busy they are.

Cons:

The accommodation was basic for a luxury property, maintenance issues with shower and smell, both reported but nothing actioned, very basic housekeeping service, unfriendly front of house staff, most activities aside from the pools cost extra and the cost is high. Restaurants and cafes are overpriced and not as good as other 5 star hotels we have stayed in. Queues for breakfast were huge.

Perfektes Hotel für Sport und Strand.
Pros:

Gesamtanlage und Gärten wunderschön. Padel Coach Pedro super Lehrer, hat Spass gemacht. Frühstück in der Morgensonne auf der Terrasse. Appartment groß, modern und mit herrlicher Terrasse.

Cons:

Check In Katastrophe, unfassbar langsam, unfreundlich und inkompetent. Grauenhaft, ebenfalls check out. Gesamt Reception abweisend und nie hilfreich. Restaurant Piri Piri mittlere Qualität bei hohen Preisen.

Pros:

Great resort. Accommodation is wonderful, especially for families. We had a great apartment overlooking the pool. Amazing selection of pools, restaurants and activities from football, to tennis to water sports. Children loved it.

Cons:

It's a wonderful resort, hence why we keep coming back but over the last few years cleanliness of swimming pools has deteriorated with lots of debris on the bottom of the pools. Pathways in need of maintenance and a larger clientele from the US has led to a tipping culture which is out of whack for the already over priced resort food and drink prices.

Beautiful resort, excellent facilities
Pros:

Great facilities, beautiful resort. 2 bedroom apartment is really spacious and well stocked.

Cons:

We found that the staff across many of the departments did not have any knowledge nor would they take accountability outside of their specific department. And one simple question would have you asking multiple people who just passed you on to someone else to ask. The hotel would relaly benefit from more rounded customer service training across the different departments.
