As we remembered but better. Worth the trip. Smaller adults only resort, with very attentive staff. Paul at the pool will take care of all your needs.

Wonderful resort, great food, staff and beautiful setting. The rooms all have views of the ocean. Paul, Jorge, Cesar, Enrique, Gerado, Noah were especially great! Great location just blocks from the Malecon.

Villa Premiere was the place to stay. Right on the beach, with the luxury of hanging by the pool and being well taken care of. The rooms are clean and well taken care of. It was so peaceful and relaxing felt lowkey which is always nice for a vacation. Just 20 mins from the airport what more could you as for.
What truly made the experience unforgettable was the service. Paul at the pool was incredible and always made sure we were taken care of all day long. Eric and Adan gave us exceptional service at dinner every night and made every meal feel special, and Enrique at the bar was fantastic — so friendly, attentive, and made amazing drinks. The entire staff made us feel genuinely welcomed from start to finish. Between the pool service, beach access, spa, restaurants, and overall experience, Villa Premiere was absolutely worth it and we cannot wait to come back.

Let me start with this, we have been coming to PV for about 20 years and we have never stayed in the same place twice, UNTIL NOW - we stayed in August of 2025 at the Villa Premiere and loved it so much that we came back! That's a first for us. The location is excellent a short walk to centro and the malecon. Close to lots of local places to eat great food!, Carbonicito & Pepe's is close by for evening tacos. As far as our stay let's start with the excellent service from the minute you arrive the staff is caring, smiling and genuinely happy to see you. Julio at the front desk greeted us and brought welcome champagne a cool cloth to refresh you. We mentioned that we were celebrating our 27th anniversary and he had a bottle of champagne and chocolate covered strawberries delivered to our room. As part of the welcome when you arrive you receive a chair message and Erik was phenomenal. He was amazing and the massage is just we needed after our travel. Our room was perfect, it was a basic room with king bed. At Villa Premiere you have a pillow menu to choose from and aromatherapy of your choice. The bed was comfortable and they view, well the view never gets old. All rooms have an ocean view and you can hear the waves clearly. There are 2 pools and the service by the pools is gold star worthy. Shout out to Paul! He amazed us last year and somehow exceeded our expectations this year too! He always looked out for us, helped us with our chairs, bringing towels, stops to talk, shares places to visit, talks baseball with "A-Rod", sports, dad jokes and provides all guests his very best service! We have to thank our server that took care of us at the pool Javier! Javier brought us food and drinks on the beach and by the pool. Went above and beyond to bring us a couple of plates of grilled fish that was being cooked up by the pool area. There is no buffet at this hotel so all food is cooked as you order and is fresh. The burgers are to die for! Fresh guacamole and chips are always good choices. All the restaurants have a fine dining experience, Adan, Hugo, Cesar always smiling, have great suggestions and are very attentive. Breakfast each day was always the highlight for us, sitting outside enjoying the breeze, the beach view, waves while having breakfast is the best way to have breakfast. I didn't make it to the spa this go-round but last year's visit was excellent and would recommend. Tips: bring water shoes, the sand is hot and the beach is rocky. Go all-inclusive, leave the hotel and go explore, eat at a local restaurant you won't regret it. We love PV and will be back. Will Villa Premiere be the first hotel that brings us back for stay #3? Beautiful hotel and exceptional service. Came here with a wedding party and we had a blast. The staff went above and beyond for us and made for an unforgettable trip with our closet friends.

Love this property and the staff especially Paul made it such an enjoyable experience! Service was top notch from the bar to the turn down service.

Had an amazing experience at Villa Premier. The service and hospitality were top notch from start to finish. Paul, Jorge, Amando, and Christan all went above and beyond and made our stay even better with multiple friendly interactions throughout the trip. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and truly made us feel valued as guests. I highly recommend this place and would absolutely come back again.

Nice hotel. We were nicely surprised with the hotel property and room. Staff was courteous and pleasant. A good location with some shops and restaurants nearby. GREAT balcony view and two pools.

Definitely coming back; Paul, Enrique, Jorge… all the staff are amazing and make you feel like you’re home.

So Paul definitely made our stay wonderful. He takes good care of his guests. And actually every employee was super friendly and we will definitely be back!

Came out for an all inclusive, 6 day 5 night stay with my partner and 13(!) friends for our friends 40th birthday. We couldn’t have been happier. The food, the service, the view, the pools, the room! The pool attendant, Paul, was amazing and always on hand to tell a joke or clean my sunnies! Jorge, Enrique, Noel and EVERYONE were all so nice. I was never hungry and my cup was never empty! The room was STUNNING and always cool and clean. 10/10 highly recommend!

We love it so much that we became members. They treat you like family. Go sit by the pool and Paul will be there at your beck and call! need a drink, Enrique and or Jorge will be there in a flash.
Or if you decide to dine at La Perla, make sure you’re sitting in Diana‘s area. She is an amazing waitress and just so friendly. We love the fact that it’s adults only. Everything else you need is either five or 10 minute walk away.

Awesome resort with beautiful views, amazing food and staff that treat you like family.incredible sunsets and a 5 minute walk to the Malecon. I always feel safe in this area. Leaving is always so hard but as a member now we know we will be back every year

Perfect place to go for a relaxing stay with quality service and amenities. The one thing that attracted me was that it was adults only. All the staff are so friendly and accommodating. I thought the price was a bit high but all in all it was worth it and I will go again!

The property was excellent and well maintained. The welcome staff was kind and helpful. The pool concierge Paul, and pool waiter, Javier were exceptional.

It is walkable to great restaurants as well as the Malacon.

At check out the staff was very helpful in sorting out travel to the airport.

I always try to add opportunities for improvement so my one comment would be that when on the all inclusive plan it would be nice if there were a few snacks in the room such as crisps or cookies to snack on now and then.

Summary, wonderful resort and people. I would certainly stay again.
