This hotel is located near all the major parts of the city, including the metro. Everything was spotless every day, and the staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. Rooms have plenty of light, beds are (although a bit small) very comfortable. It truly made my stay even more enjoyable.
The hotel was in a good location, calm and safe neighborhood, close proximity from the central areas of the city. The staff was outstanding - helpful, kind, shared advices, answered all questions.
The room was clean, exactly like in the pictures, enough space, good showers. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend it!
Location is very good. Price is according to expectation. Staff is helpful and nice. They gave me back city tax after they saw that I have already paid in advance.
Also in the mornings we woke up with the birds singing which was so nice. Definitely will be back. It is close to the botanic garden which is also nice.

Our stay was absolutely wonderful! From the very beginning, the staff showed great kindness and understanding by allowing us to check in a little earlier upon our special request. This was a huge convenience for us, especially as I am pregnant, and we truly appreciated this thoughtful gesture. Great advantage was the perfect location, which made it easy to get around and enjoy the area. We visited Lisboa only walking.
I am delighted with our stay and would highly recommend this place to others. We will definitely come back again in the future!
