Pros:

Un hotel con habitación sencilla y buena, cerca de la zona comercial de Bukit Bintang

Cons:

Metido en un callejón pero creo que no tiene mucha importancia este detalle.

When we on the Aircon got screeching noise. Maintenance came and check and the sound stopped. Next day same thing happen

Capital stay at the Capitol
Pros:

Buffet breakfast very good.
Location excellent.
Room good size with great views.
Customer care exceptional.
Wifi ok.
Beds comfortable
Iron and ironing board provided in room

Cons:

The wardrobe space was a little small because the kettle cups etc. Ironing board all stored in wardrobe space.
This is my only dislike of the facilities.

Great location, clean and friendly staff
Pros:

The location is perfect, right in Bukit Bintang and only 5 minutes walk from Pavillion shopping mall. I loved the friendliness of the staff and security. As a lone female traveller, I felt safe at the hotel too with the security stationed outside constantly. The breakfast was amazing too, with a chef that makes eggs for you however you like it. Overall, I will come here again on my next trip to Malaysia.

Cons:

Hard to say, maybe just more soap in the bathrooms and ability to have more than one towel per person.

Cons:

Front Office or reservation does not read email or messages sent by guests before check-in. Instead, they asked more questions, although we guests were criminals, if you had only read the messages that my wife would check in early for me. Just call me, and matters will be solved right.
