The location is definitely the best thing about this hotel! It is so convenient, right in the heart of Bukit Bintang and within walking distance to shopping malls, restaurants and Jalan Alor. The MRT station is also just a few minutes away, making it very easy to get around Kuala Lumpur

Cons:

I had requested a room on the top floor, but unfortunately this was not accommodated. My room was very close to the lift, and I could clearly hear the lift operating throughout the day and night. As I stayed for 3–4 nights, the constant noise made it quite difficult to sleep and affected my overall stay.

Absolutely very nice experience staying at Hotel Capitol KL.
Pros:

Outstanding breakfast. Best location, surrounded by huge shopping malls and food choices. Transportations are within easy reach. Friendly personnel. The environment is very safe, even during night time, although caution should still be there.

Cons:

I don't like the noise though, not from the street, but the door and cabinet sound from the people next room midnight.

Great stay at the heart of the city.
Pros:

Clean room and sufficient furniture and lights. It is located at a strategic location and main attractions, MRT stations and eating outlets are walking distance. The staffs are polite, friendly and accommodating. The best part was, they allowed me to enter earlier than the check-in time because the room was ready. Awesome!

Cons:

The shampoo is not available. They only provide one piece of soap, a small bottle of lotion. The bath gel bottle is attached to the wall.

Pros:

The superb location in the heart of Kuala Lumpur's primary shopping and entertainment district (Bukit Bintang) makes it very convenient for sight-seeing, shopping at nearby malls like Lot 10, Plaza Low Yat, Sungei Wang Plaza, Pavilion among others. I really enjoyed the food in the region including Jalan Alor with so many varieties of food and the nightlife. The hotel room was great with nice view of the Petronas Twin Tower and bed was comfortable. Property was clean and hotel staff was very welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. I appreciated the breakfast very much - very delicious.
