Pros:

朝食のブュッフェが美味しいです。広島名物が並んでいてお土産を買う参考になりました。
スタッフが親切です。

Cons:

部屋の音が気になりましたが、設備の問題ということでした。スタッフの対応が早く、すぐに部屋をかえてもらうことができました。

Pros:

窓からの眺めがとても良かったです。お部屋もかわいらしく、いい意味で値段に見合っていないと感じました。また、お水がサービスであったのも嬉しかったです。駅からも徒歩圏内で移動もしやすかったです！

Cons:

特にないですが、強いていえば朝はエレベーターがなかなか来ないことぐらいです。
あと、クッションが臭かったので、そこは改善できるといいのかだと思いました。

Excellent if I was to return to Japan I would stay with this hotel chain all thru every city
Pros:

Great location within walking distance to the station
Better rooms than the APA hotels that we had stayed in previously
Staff at reception were amazing so helpful
And greeted you when you came into the foyer when you came in after exploring Hiroshima
