Pros:

Perfect for a place to crash and go out to explore. One block away from two bus depots and across the street from the market. Extended my days there one at a time and they moved my bags each day for me.

Great hotel
Pros:

Very comfy beds. Good size room. All vanity products provided. Next to the market which at the weekend is ideal for an evening bbq.
Lovely staff and easy check in.
Breakfast is limited for the western diet but still nice and had bread, and fruits. The chicken soup is delicious.
We had our laundry done here which came back beautifully.
We would definitely stay here again.
There are two sides to Sapa, the market side where Sapa Full House is located, which is much more authentic with plenty of restaurants to choose from and then there is the train station side which is about 15 minutes walk away on the other side of the lake. This area is much more commercialised and has more restaurants and bars. I am pleased we stayed in the authentic side.

Rooms are spacious with a balcony overlooking to sapa market, near by everything you can even walk to sapa square and station everybody is nice especially the lady in the reception she is very helpful and kind

Run down hotel in desperate need of maintenance

Great location and the lady working at reception was very friendly and nice

Cons:

The hotel is a bit run down tbh. Floor in the room cracked and broken, panels falling off doors and the screen was broken on the TV.
Breakfast was ok
