A very handy place to stay at a pretty good price.
Pros:

Comfortable bed, clean linen, soft towels, lots of hot water. Staff were wonderful, friendly and fixed things when they said they would.

Cons:

Staff had to be called several times to sort out the TV and fridge. In the end the fridge was replaced.

Comfortable Large Hotel Room in a Great Location
Pros:

Fantastic location, well appointed rooms, and a ton of space to move around. Smart TV compatible, good wi-fi. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful

Cons:

Bathroom was a little bit dated, and we were woken by the fire alarm, but otherwise it was great!

Pros:

Idéalement situé pour découvrir le centre ville. Apparthotel confortable, calme et bien équipé. Personnel très agréable et serviable, toujours disponible. On a même eu la surprise de constater qu'une jeune personne de l'accueil parlait français et elle nous a donné de très bons conseils.

Cons:

Pas de vue de l'appartement mais ça permettait d'être au calme car la rue principale de l'hôtel est une artère fréquentée.. Être de l'autre côté garantie l'absence de bruits.

Excellent location, friendly and helpful staff.
Pros:

Rooms were spacious with enough (and thoughtfully placed) power outlets. Located within the FTZ, it was really easy to get around on buses. Malls/supermarkets within walking distance. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

The air vent(s) in the bathroom need vacuuming.

Not recommended for light sleepers, but clean and very central.
Pros:

The hotel is very central and an easy walk to the Exhibition Centre where we worked. The room was spacious and clean.

Cons:

There seems to be no insulation at all between rooms, with our neighbour's conversations being clearly audible in our room and noises from the hallway and other floors waking us up every night. We won't be booking there again.
