Very disappointing property, with delightful staff who are doing their best
Pros:

The staff were really pleasant and helpful

Cons:

My room was really below standard, dirty and with a really foul smell of drains. It was incredibly disappointing & below standard. The staff were helpful in changing my room, but overall the smell of foul drains is through the property in all rooms.

Luces y sombras
Pros:

El enclave es precioso, en pleno palmeral. Está bien ubicado para acceder tanto en coche como a pie a los sitios más emblemáticos de Elche. El personal es atento y amable.

Cons:

Fui 4 noches y en dos de ellas tenían eventos que quitaban toda nuestra intimidad y bastante molestos respecto al ruido. Uno de los días había 3 bodas y la música sonó hasta media noche, incomprensible para un lugar de descanso. Algunas de las habitaciones necesitan una remodelación importante. No hay practicamente cobertura en alguna de las habitaciones. Los mosquitos son bastantes molestos.
