Summer stay - Location is good, parking space underneath the building, room is spacious and comfortable

Cons:

Facilities look a bit outdated, bathroom could use some renovations, airco was loud, the blanket was visibly used and the sheets were not closed around the blanket which was not amazing

Ens van fer l’habitació a les 6 de la tarda aproximadament, cosa que vam trobar poc convenient. El personal amb qui vam fer el check-in no ens va donar gaire informació, i a l’hora del check-out no hi era.

This hotel is in serious need of a remake and renovation. The property feels old and poorly maintained, and unfortunately, there was mold in the bathroom during my stay. That is not something guests should have to deal with, especially at the prices hotels can charge in Whistler.

It feels like when demand is high, some hotels stop paying attention to the guest experience because they know rooms will still be booked. High demand should mean better service and more investment in the property—not lower standards.

The location may be great, but cleanliness and maintenance should be a basic priority. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and invests in renovating the rooms and improving its overall standards.
