Pros:

Very convenient location with parking, staff friendly, check-in smooth. Our room was very spacious, had a great kitchenette, Would recommend .

Unusual accommodation. Great location
Pros:

The usual loft design of the accommodation and central location of hotel.

Cons:

There was no room upstairs where the bed was to move around or have your suitcase upstairs. All luggage had to stay downstairs. It was also far too warm in our accommodation when we arrived. Dated a/c units.

Cons:

Older property, reception desk small needs an update, though staff were very friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable.

Expensive and poor value and after 3 days they haven’t refunded the damage deposit back to my card

Lage war gut
Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen! Blöd war das man über Treppe hoch musste zum schlafen! Das Bett hatte nur eine Seite zum ein und aussteigen

All of it was good. Only improvement, sauna does not have a changing room but otherwise great hotel.

Bed was comfy…but too short as well…

Localization was great. And that’s about it.

Cons:

I have no idea what is wrong with this place but they must have look for the most unhappy and unfriendly people in the whole BC. And they were successful. Nobody replies to good morning. The first question at the reception desk is “do you have your credit card?”. Elevator from the garage is not working and they do not warn you about it. So good luck carrying your suitcases up by the stairs. Never again.
